Totally Welsh have a wide range and variety of product all of the highest quality. Their price ranges are very competitive and there delivery service is excellent. What I appreciate the most is that you get a human being when you telephone who is always helpful and polite instead of an automated service

I order goat's milk, bakery products, cream etc. Often the goat's milk is not available and in the past I often had problems getting my money back for non delivered items. I order and pay online. Recently I didn't have to write every time I didn't receive an item to get a refund. If you only order cow's milk I guess you should be fine. They charge £1 more for the goat's milk than the supermarkets. Recently the delivery was as late as 10.30am. Don't expect milk, bread, croissant etc. to arrive for breakfast that day or even before you have to go to work.

Door step delivery service has been first class. Efficient online ordering system, long sale by dates on milk and good prices.

Since becoming a Totally Welsh customer I have had great experiences of promptness, reliability and overall efficiency when dealing with both delivery staff and office management. I have never had any cause to complain or question anything that TW has done to date. I am very satisfied with your services.

I have been using Totally Welsh for some time now and find them extremely reliable. Their website is easy to use, I can order extra goods when required, book holidays and know my deliveries will start again when required. I love the fact I have my milk and fruit juice delivered in glass bottles so I can send them back for reuse, thus lowering my plastic waste.

Excellent customer service when had a missed delivery recently. Convenient to manage deliveries & view payments online. Would recommend giving a try - also I’ve chosen to use glass bottles which are picked up & reused so easier on the environment than plastic bottles…

This company provides a five star service. The milk is always fresh and other goods that I have ordered are always outstanding. Our milk man has never missed a delivery. Having milk delivered to your door is convenient and the online account is easily accessible and reliable. Would definitely recommend totally Welsh milk.

Can’t fault Totally Welsh. My regular milk delivery is easy to manage and always arrives nice and early, before I leave for work in the morning. I love browsing the extensive range for extra treats when I want them, proud to support local dairies.

I cant recommend Totally Welsh enough. Clive our milkman always delivers before 6am, no matter the weather. Everything is always fresh. Lots of lovely products. If you do have an issue Totally Welsh is easy to deal with and with your account on line you can add or take away so so easy

I loveTotally Welsh, deliveries to my door when I need them, lots of groceries to choose from as well as milk. Easy to go online and order or tell them I’m on holiday. They are reliable and I pay by direct debit! Perfect !
