I am extremely disappointed. This is my first time ordering from you, and it has been a frustrating experience. Firstly, I received no notification regarding the delivery date. Yesterday, the items arrived without any warning and were simply left outside my door. I only noticed them by chance as the driver was pulling away. To make matters worse, a significant number of items were missing from my order. I contacted your support team by phone immediately, and they confirmed the error. I clearly stated that I needed these items for this weekend, and I was promised that someone would contact me to reschedule the delivery. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from anyone today, and my long weekend is coming to an end. I need an immediate update on when the missing items will be delivered.

Thank you for your order and for bring this to our attention. I can appreciate how frustrating delays can be especially so close to the weekend.
On our notes, we have noted that 4 out of the 6 packages we delayed and after speaking to you on the phone, we escalated this to the courier straight away.
Regrettably, the couriers did not get back to us until after 4pm (when we were closed). They have replied saying that delivery of the remaining 4 packages are on an earlier service for today and should be delivered by lunchtime today (1pm).
I appreciate this would have compromised plans over the weekend, so understand your frustrations. Delivering as quickly as we can to our customers is always a priority to us, but we also understand that delays or misroutes can occur, which is simply out of our control.
If you need any further assistance, then please get in contact with the transport team. Once again, sincere apologies for this delay.

I had my order in 2025 and I’m just doing a review now.
The quality is excellent, we built a covered pergola in the garden an used Tough Decking for the floor. It looks amazing, keeps clean and although it’s only a year, it hasn’t lost its clean look or weathered.

It is going to look fab when husband has got it finished. I love the fact it is reversible as I like the wood effect finish best. Rob rang me to arrange delivery and was such a lovely guy. Amazing service again for these guys.
Always helpful on the phone and in the shop and always get the quantities of boards and clips spot on. The added advice on joist positioning from Mike really helped my builder.
Their nose boards are the only product I would recommend for steps or borders, sets these guys apart from the rest.
