Tow-Trust Towbars Avis

This company is remarkable in this day and age, because they really care about their customers. I had a problem with my towbar, l spoke to Gavin at Tow Trust, and he offered to help me if I took my Towbar to him at the factory. On entering the reception area we were immediately offered a drink, while they phoned Gavin. On his arrival he immediately sorted my problem, all for no charge. If only all companies responded like this, the world would be a much better place. Steve Trueman.

Had a tow bar installed at home. Adam was very friendly and explained the process to me and rough time of completion.

All done and dusted in a couple of hours, tow bar and electrics tested..
excellent job by Adam. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

If I could give the company 7 stars I would. Absoluteley top notch after sales service, all the staff so helpful and you can contact and speak with humans like the good old days. Laura that first answered was very reassuring that any problems you may have they would definitely help you to a satisfactory resolution and they certainly did. Outstanding service and a 1st class company.
Always buy your tow bars from here for complete piece of mind. Thank you very much

Had a problem with a towbar that was fitted by a previous owner. Spoke to Gavin at Tow trust he was fantastic he spent a long on the phone with me under the motorhome. Would highly recommend, 5 star.

Had a query about a towbar fitted to my truck so I sent an email. Luke called me back and could not have been more helpful. A big thank you

Sent my towbar detachable neck to Tow-Trust Towbars for repair after I damaged and neglected it. The service was absolutely first rate. It was a fast turnaround and the quality of the work undertaken was to a very high standard. I’m embarrassed to say I neglected the towbar and it was in poor condition. They serviced and repaired the neck without any fuss, gave good advice and options. Couldn’t believe it was the same tow bar they returned as it looks like new, while having it in they also cleaned sanded and repainted it, added a replacement model sticker for it. They also supplied a new bag. Pad to protect the lock and towbar cap It was returned promptly using a reliable courier service. The contact during the repair was polite and professional (thanks Luke). I was kept informed and it was all done at a very reasonable price. Got the towbar back and reinstalled it. Slotted in perfect and works like new. Many thanks guys. I’ll definitely use you again.

I had a issue with my removable swan neck tow bar the lock got damaged, and I contacted tow trust, A technician called Gavin called me back within hours and assisted me with my issue from start to finish he was fantastic, great communication and support and amazing customer service, would highly recommend this company.

My towbar became seized (my own fault for leaving it in for over 6 months) and I was looking at nearby garages that might be able to help whilst dreading the probable hundreds of pounds it would cost me to sort out. I decided to call tow trust to see if anyone there could offer advice and I am so glad I did! Luke from the technical department talked me through getting the towbar off, expertly diagnosed the problem over the phone and took me through how to fix it myself. I can't thank him enough for his help. 5/5 stars for top level customer service. I will absolutely recommend Tow Trust to friends because of it.

I purchased a tow bar from Tow Trust (supply only) and the whole process was straightforward and professional.

The tow bar arrived as expected, well packaged, and exactly as described. Quality is excellent and clearly well manufactured. Communication was clear throughout and delivery was on time, which is always appreciated.

Based on my experience on the supply side, I’d have no hesitation recommending Tow Trust for quality tow bar products.

Ordered Keys from this company after being recommended to them. Was charged over and above for keys..fair enough, my fault for not checking first. Was sent the invoice through to find had been charged £5.50 postage too. Took 6 days to arrive. They came via Royal Mail late and in an ordinary envelope for two small keys to fit a detachable towbar on a new car that we had bought that didn't have any.
I called spoke to a guy..he said he checked their system..said maybe next day they would arrive! I emailed rhe company saying I wasn't happy with service, no response from this. So if you need something quick don't use this company. And also check all inclusive pricing too.

I had my tow trust towbar fitted 7 years ago and not used much this year. It was getting stiff to remove so I contacted them for advice. They were really helpful and as I was passing they suggested I call in so they could inspect it.
It was fantastic “old fashioned “ customer service all the way. A very warm friendly welcome, full explanations of what had happened and how to maintain properly in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Many other companies could learn a great deal from their customer service level. When I next change my car there’s only one make of towbar being fitted

Excellent experience luke in tech support went above and beyond to reserect the problem I had with my towbar 100% recommend these guys

Easy to order, came on time, well packaged. This towbar is of a high quality and looks and feels very strong. Everything was in the kit that you needed. Instruction were clear and it fitted my 2014 freelander 2 perfectly. I did remove my rear bumper to make it easier to fit but not necessary. Would recommend this company.

I spoke to Gavin in the technical dept today requesting advice about a tow bar issue relating to towing our caravan.

He was incredibly helpful and after sending photos of the problem he quickly resolved the issue.
We were delighted and certainly would recommend Tow Trust Technical Dept

Outstanding Service from the Technical Team
After 10 years the handle on the neck of my Towbar needed replacing. The Tow Trust team replaced the handle, serviced the neck without charging a penny at their Atherstone base. All with a chirpy service wrap from yonder years.
