Very good service
Unopened pack at the moment as it's waiting to be fitted for a customer. But really happy with the service. Purchased the radiator on a standard delivery and it came next day. A lot of choices of radiators that my local supplier could not get. Very happy and will definitely be using in the future.

The dimensions of the radiator were perfect and the quality of it was good. Easy to order online but the only negative was the cost of delivery to Aberdeen.

Excellent Customer Service
Very good, responsive customer service with competitive pricing and great products. We had some damage on a radiator and the item was replaced literally the next day so extremely happy with the service. Would recommend and will use again.

Adige were brilliant, but APC were not
Adige were brilliant, couldn't fault them. Needed to change the delivery date, I emailed them & they responded immediately to confirm the change.
Unfortunately, the courier company APC let them down, hence the 4* rating. They didn't deliver on the agreed date but 24hours later. They didnt even contact us to let us know. The tracking system didn't work until day of delivery so we were unaware of what was going on. Fortunately there was someone in to take the delivery. Sadly, APC are affecting Adige's reputation 😞
