I have been ordering from this toy company for awhile now without disappointment. Each toy or group of beans is wrapped with bubble wrap and then tissue paper, being packed very instinctively (as to prevent shipping incidents). Their toys are grouped so your experience is as fun as ordering from Toy Donut. The shipping is calculated when you're ready to ship. The cost associated is very reasonable as they search for best shipping options, or you can pick your package up right at their warehouse which again is convenient (if you're in GTHA). I'd like to put to rest the negative reviews (as far as shipping) because they deserve more credit than previously reviewed. I am thrilled to be able to find toys that noone else has in Canada. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

After 3 orders from ToyDonut, I'm unfollowing them on Instagram today and will never buy from them again.

The first order arrived very poorly protected (they don't use bubble wrap or anything, they put everything in the box as is, even though it's shipped from the US to Spain). They forgot things to add, and others arrived broken.

Today I received my third order, and it contained a bundle of mystery figures. I had previously ordered this bundle and there were no problems, but this time they decided to include two FAKE blind boxes from ALIEXPRESS as part of the bundle. I politely asked them on Instagram why they sent me this, since I only collect authentic figures. They replied that they cost me $2 each, that they were sorry if I didn't like it, but basically, that they didn't care.

I think a website completely loses its credibility if they tell you that because you paid "little" you deserve a FAKE product. That's not the response I should get.

I don't even trust that the rest of the products are genuine anymore.

DON'T BUY. They offer poor protection and terrible customer service, not to mention selling fakes.

Package never arrived in nz according to tracking and toy donut have refused to refund (significant amount) payment.
Have had to contact bank and legal authority to try to recover. Do not buy from here

First time purchasing from toy donut, but definitely won’t be the last. I am hesitant of new online stores. This was a great experience, start to finish. I enjoy being able to get Blind Box toys without the “blind.” The customer service (I contacted her over Facebook/Instagram) is timely, helpful, and polite. Prices are competitive & shipping was quick!
I will be watching Instagram to see when she gets new stock in!

Toy Donut is absolutely amazing fo getting ahold of blind box designer toys in the style you want! The recently added UK shipping is great and their instagram is super helpful!
