I bought a lateral stop for my old Rubi TR600S cutter. At the time of purchase the listing said that it was a replacement for all TR and TS Rubi-Cutters.

It didn't fit :(

I contacted TradeTiler to return the stop and chalk it up to experience. They were as surprised as I was that it didn't fit.

TradeTiler COULD have easily accepted my return and that would have been the end of it, but they didn't - they wanted a better result - they were professional and tenacious.

Working with a member of their team, they designed and 3D-printed a custom extrusion to bridge the gap in the Rubi lateral stop shortfall and my old cutter's trammel bar.

It Works Perfectly!

I didn't push for this - Tradetiler genuinely wanted a good result for me the customer, and not only that, but they have vigilantly and immediately updated the site listing to reflect the actual fitment of the Rubi part.

This attention to detail is rare - and how we all would imagine WE would operate our own business. Sadly, few companies show the excellence of service and detail that I experienced at Tradetiler. Well Done!

what brilliant customer service, I placed an order for a tile cutter over the weekend and realised that I had made an error, called in and spoke to Tradetiler who said that they didn't have that particular model in stock but would be able to resolve in another way, I called back an hour later to find that they had already dispatched my order . received the item the following day in good working order, I would highly recommend this site

Delivered a trowel in less than 24hrs, cheap postage, environmentally friendly packaging. What's not to like?

I bought a De Walt tile cutter, delivery was prompt, but had suffered a little damage in transit, photo's provided to Tradetiler, and replacement part despatched immediately.
Having finished the first bathroom, now on with the second. Minor fault developed with the circuit breaker, again part ordered and despatched.

Spoke to Dave and received great advice on a new cutting disk and block to refurb the old one.

First class company with great customer focused service and very polite well informed advice.

Highly recommend.

Awful customer service never again I’m going back to protiler tools as their prices are much better and their customer service is better and more polite. I ordered 3 lengths of stainless steel trim and still have not received them 2 WEEKS LATER!!!! The money has gone out of my bank and I’ve had a receipt. I’ve tried calling and asking but no one has given me an update. Stay away from these thieves

Purchased a Rubi TS 66 Max on line after speaking to Dave at Tradetiler. He gave fair opinion on three cutters. I opted for the Rubi. Item delivered as promised.

Just bought the Stabila 1889 Anniversary set of Levels from Top Co Stabila via David over at Tradetiler.com , Top Co for everything that tilers need or want.

I have various levels over the years , however Stabila are the top choice , I first used Stabila back in the 1980's ,I will use the new set to help setting out on our new bathroom :)
