À propos de l'entreprise
Informations provenant de diverses sources externes
TradeTools is Australia's largest power tool specialist for trade & industrial users. Specializing in Hand, Power, Cordless Tools, Machinery & much more! You will see many products at TradeTools that are totally unavailable through any other company. In some cases we have helped develop these products from scratch, in fact we manufacture in Queensland many of our air compressors under the now famous Renegade Industrial brand. We also directly import hundreds of containers each year comprising all forms of machinery, industrial power tools & hand tools plus a huge range of accessories & consumables. TradeTools are also the warranty agents for everything that we sell so, in most cases, we can decide & act within a very short space of time should you ever have a problem with anything sourced from us. We absolutely believe in genuine, ethical, old fashioned service combined with proper in depth knowledge covering the full breadth of our range. And there is no other tool company anywhere that offers anything like the massive range of tool products in which we proudly specialise, in fact it is quite accurate to state that we are unaware of any other company quite like TradeTools anywhere else in Australia!

Apalling culture
Would never shop at the Archerfield store again. Highly disrespectful sales staff with absolutely no customer empathy.

Don't bother ordering online
Don't bother ordering online! There are no items in stock!
Ordered a saw online, a pop up advised if I order within 1 hr I can get same day delivery on the item. So I ordered after checking there was stock in Capalaba store.
2 hours later I get a call saying they have no stock and can't commit to a delivery date. Even 2 weeks away.
Cancelled order.

Purchased a Buckaroo Scaffolding hammer…
Purchased a Buckaroo Scaffolding hammer through this company and didn't receive and emails from them at all. I didn't even receive a tracking number for my order and my parcel is now lost until I am able to get a tracking number for my order. Lowsy customer service, even after informing the lady over the phone I had not received a tracking number and no emails with any information about my parcel still nothing. 0 out of 10 and I will definitely not be using this site again, I'm still trying to track down my parcel!
