The AI bot having flaw and couldn't deal with situation when $US dollars down. It had wipe out all my account of US$3k in two round of currencies down south. A simple zoom meeting to explain how it happened without kick in the capital protection as mentioned even I claimed. For second round of AI bot flaw, my remaining account was wiped out totally and no answer since. Coupled with cost on monthly AI bot subscription with Tradomatix and server has put me in financial difficulties. The AI bot with Tradomatix can’t simply stand the test and no honouring what was promised

i have bought their membership for USD$27 and setup according their guide. Within the few weeks was in profit. But in the end if the markets goes wrong or anything. u gonna be high in floating. In the end they ask u to top up funds to help hold and manage the floating positions. This kind of strategy is very risky. Its more into hedging strategy. Recommended not to buy their membership. i have follow to top up fund but in the end account have been blown within a month. I have email to request for refund, but no idea will i get back the refund or not. And so im using other email to make a review of this.

First of all, they enticed you to sign up for a low $27 per month to get their full suite of AI trading platforms, which sounds too good.

Upon signing up, they asked you to use their preferred broker(s). When I said I had mine and asked for the trading criteria why mine didn't work, they said their EA only works well with their preferred broker. I find this nonsense as I have run tons of EAs over the years. Their EAs use grid, etc., which is dangerous if the market doesn't go well.

They asked me to seek a refund, so I have been writing emails to their finance department for many days, yet I have not received a reply. Their website has no contact number, and even chat is not working. Their so-called office is a co-office that many startup companies use. It looks shady.

I hope people read reviews and stop going for this scam.

Support was terrible and their software uses some kind of grid/hedging/martingale system.. which is dangerous when the market stays sideways for an extended period. My account was blown in September.. I do not recommend this company!
