Despite the items taking longer to be received for me personally ( I live in the US), this site is excellent. I love the variety of items and I'd like to personally highlight the customer service of this site. Tragic Beautiful provides the BEST customer service I've EVER had! Yes, you read that correctly, the BEST. I'd ordered a pair of beautiful boots that I'd waited more than three months for since they'd been sold out so consistently in my size. I ordered a size 7 which is normally my size, but I hadn't known their sizes run a tad large and there was one 6 left in stock. I chatted in and asked if I could exchange for the correct size. The agent automatically put the last 6 on hold for me and labeled the size as sold out. As soon as they received my size 7 return, the 6 was immediately shipped out. Not only that, but the manager there discounted my shipping handsomely because of the fact that I live in the US and it'd take forever. And I didn't even say I wanted to speak to a manager! I've had great experiences from this site. Waiting a little longer for amazing items it completely worth it!!!

Best customer service! They respond right away, and always solve any issues! I’ve never had a problem just swapped sizes and they dont stuff around or anything they process returns etc straight away! If they are out of stock of something they do their best to get it back in for you and generally are able to. Their customer service is impeccable can’t be beaten.

an amazing company. i received an item damaged which im pretty sure was no fault of theirs and after contacting them they were extremely helpful adn addressed the issue promptly. cannot recommend enough. love their vast gothic range of gothic clothing and accessories. i will be back for more :)

Wow! I LOVE these guys. Every time I order I get it within a day or two. Returns are easy and they've upgraded me to free express shipping a couple of times. They include a free lolly and postcard or sticker in orders too!
