Communication is exceptional and a good quality products, why can't all companies be like this?
We did have a couple of issues with some damaged parts, but they were replaced very quickly and actually phoned me back when they said they would.

Excellent service. After being let down with delivery by The Entertainer. Ordered a trampoline - Lee was so helpful, quick to reply and sorted everything out so the trampoline arrived in ver short notice in time for my child’s birthday. Highly recommend.

Prompt delivery, good size, kids love it.

Overall a very well built and sturdy trampoline made of top quality materials. Delivery was next day as advertised and they even gave a courtesy call warning of possible Bank Holiday delays. My only minor gripe is that the instructions are somewhat sparse. I'd guess they are translated from Chinese. They could do with a re-write adding more details and illustrations.

From ordering to delivery and quality of product I cannot fault any of the services. I was called by the owner on receipt of order to notify it had been shipped and to expect delivery. The trampoline itself is our 2 year old grandsons first so the 6' size was perfect. Easy to erect and very high quality and safety features very strong. Highly recommended.

Good selection of trampolines on website and lots of advice, easy order, good follow up and tracking, swift delivery, heavy boxes (need two people to lift). Easy to assemble, follow instructions, read carefully, use own tools those included not very useful.
