Really easy to order and next day delivery. It was my fault I ordered it on a Friday before a bank holiday, but it still arrived on the Tuesday. Trampoline was easy to assemble, about 2 hours on my own, and appears very sturdy. My only slight criticism relates to the delivery. On arrival all four boxes were damaged, to the extent that some contents were spilling out. This is likely a courier issue, but could be mitigated with some cello wrap around the boxes.

Great service, got a call just after ordering to let me know when the product will be dispatched as it was not in stock, and that someone will let me know before the day.

However, that was it, never heard anything 30 minutes before the guy turned up on the drive. So lucky we were in.

Easy to put together

Had my trampoline delivered. They did call to say they were busy and informed me It could be a day later. When I was putting it together the fiberglass rod broke. I sent them an email and they sent a replacement part out straight away. I couldn't fault it.

Everything was straightforward and easy. I received a phone call to confirm my order which was much appreciated. The delivery was on time and efficient and the trampoline simple to assemble using the instructions. My 11 year old twin grandchildren are delighted with their birthday gift.

The trampoline was easy to setup and put together. It mentions you need two people to do the base, but it can be done with just one, albeit a little fiddly.

The diagram could be a little better with regards to the safety net poles as it wasn't readily clear how which of the almost 3 identical parts attached to where.

I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and the call from customer services to inform me when delivery would be taking place.
The trampoline itself was a lot easier to set up than I was anticipating!
I started setting it up before my husband returned home and only had his help at the end when attaching the net.
The springs were the only difficult part and would have been easier if I had help! I’d recommend 2 people for this part!
Once set up, it’s sturdy, secure and looks and feels as safe as possible.
I’m very pleased with the quality and value for money.
My son loves his new trampoline!
He’s had hours of fun!

Excellent from order to finished product

Good overall, for such amount of money definitely could be bigger, one person use only… a bit to much fuss putting it together but my child enjoys it ! Frame pads started to break down after a month definitely OVERPRICED after compèring with other sellers with much bigger trampolines for less money!

Delivery, communication and price was good.

The trampoline is great and easy to assemble. Delivery was not good, the driver did not knock at the door and just left the box by the front door and considered this to be a safe space !!
