Polite friendly efficient staff who did what they promised. (Very refreshing these days). The problem of delivering to the IOW can at best be difficult, we did experience a delay in our delivery through no fault of Lee and his company,
but in the courier company, Lee and his staff went over and above trying to track our order which we have now received safely. The trampoline is erected giving our grandson hours of pleasure!! So a huge 'Thankyou' to all the staff.

After buying a few cheap(ish) trampolines from supermarkets and toy stores that only lasted a few months, I purchased a 12 foot trampoline from Trampoline Warehouse. It lasted for years and we've only recently got rid of it because it took up most of the garden and the older kids have now grown up.
An example of how good the service is, about 3 years after my purchase, I phoned them to buy some replacement nuts and bolts for the enclosure as some had snapped or sheared. Trampoline Warehouse sent them for free!
We've now purchased an 8 foot trampoline for our youngest son. It looks great and he loves it. Hopefully it will last as long as the 12 foot one.

Great for the grandkids - needs two people to assemble but otherwise very good.
