Bought a Telstar Elite in July, ordering and delivery were great, but now that there is an issue with the trampoline, the customer service is non-existent. The screws have sheared off one of the supporting legs, meaning that after 3 months and having cost £500, it’s now unusable. I’ve sent three unanswered emails, attached photos, and now having to resort to leaving a review in the hope that someone replies to me.
I would avoid this lot, they don’t deserve our custom.

I have just placed an order on their website for a trampoline indicated as in stock to be delivered in 2days . After receiving confirmation of order and transaction confirmation I am informed its out of stock until at least the end of the month, they'll let me know. I go back online to check and it still indicates its in stock for immediate delivery . I have rung 2 numbers for customer service and they don't pick up . How the hell are their reviews so high?

We a bought large trampoline (Tristar) (£700) as a Christmas present for the kids. They have used it when they can during the winter months.

The spring in the base seems have broken, and dips to the point of being unusable. I have contacted customer services and no response. I have had cheaper trampolines in the past and they have lasted years. The product is poor and disappointed to not had a response from the company.

£700 is a lot of money to spend on what was a dream trampoline. So what do we do now? Buy another?.We cannot afford to do that. Very frustrating and to have no response from the company is really bad...surely there a warranty or help they can provide to fix the problem.

I knew about telstar trampolines from a friend who had one, but when it came to trying to buy one, I'll admit that it felt like a bit of a gamble. I worked out that trampolinesonline.co.uk and telstartrampolines.co.uk are the same company.

There's only a handful of reviews online of the former, with the most recent one I found here not looking so great - and during these times, seeing such reviews, you wonder if it's possible the business has folded. Nothing on the usual review sites for the latter either, but I did find some on google reviews which seemed to indicate everything was ok.

As there are not many places to buy a telstar elite trampoline, I bit the bullet (used my credit card ... just in case)

I'm pleased to say, in this case, everything was perfectly smooth and although the delivery was a few days more than the 48 hour express advertised, I was given the delivery date with the order confirmation I got by email the next working day (ordered on the weekend). Also the product is great too!

I would suggest if you're here because like me you're unsure, just go ahead (use a credit card for added peace of mind). I think the website/ecommerce setup they have is a bit outdated, but it works perfectly fine. I suspect the owners are oblivious to their lack of online reputation, and the large majority will just be placing orders without a second thought.

Advice to JMP Stores Ltd: get a hold of this, and sort your online reputation out! You'll probably sell even more trampolines as a result!
(I genuinely had reservations, and nearly did not buy because of this)

I would leave a zero star if we could. We have been trying to contact the company since December to arrange a return of our trampoline. Their phone lines don't accept calls and they haven't responded to any emails or enquiries we have submitted through the website.

Amazing. Bought 15ft Telstar Trampolines Jump Capsule MK3. Easy to assemble and the quality of the trampoline is great. I would recommend. Delivered on time. Looks amazing and the price was very good as well.

We ordered our trampoline from trampolines online after much research, the deal included money off plus install, which was important as we are Grandparents. The Company contacted us to say the order had been received and we would hear within five days of our install date. We were notified within the time of the install date and Mark arrived on that morning and took just over an hour to install our fabulous purchase. We are completely delighted as are our Grandchildren, we had a barbecue a few days later for our Daughters Birthday, and Five Grandchildren were merrily bouncing away under supervision. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company excellent service from start to finish.
