This company is not to be trusted at all They are the same as INEC in 2023 General Election, always experiencing Technical Glitches. They still withhold my fund for the past weeks now. They first requested for proof of fund and I sent it to them, Yet my fund has not been processed. They keep telling you that your transaction is on the process that they were experiencing technical glitches as if they are INEC they experience technical Glitches in 2023 Nigerian General Election. There are other better Transfer Apps. I am deleting my app

Transferboss deserves less than 0.
Fraudulent company. They advertise better exchange rates than other providers to lure customers. As soon as you transact with them, they lock up and trap your money for hours to days. Customer service tells you that they are having 'technical issues with their partners in Nigeria' anytime you call.
I have a feeling that when they collect your GBP, they have a hard time getting your Naira equivalent, which could take days/weeks.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR PEACE OF MIND, DON'T DEAL WITH TRANSFERBOSS, even if they are offering the best exchange rates. It's a trap!
I have deleted my app, just so I'm not tempted by their rates.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. RUN AWAY FROM THIS MONEY TRANSFER COMPANY.
I sent money on Monday, and they requested additional documentation — including proof of income, ID, and other information — before processing the transfer. I submitted everything immediately, yet it still took four days for the funds to be released.
Every time I called, I was brushed off with the same line: “Your payment will be processed in the next 2 to 4 hours.” In reality, it took four days, not hours.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such delays with them. Despite being a long-time customer and giving them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, the service continues to disappoint. This is unacceptable.

This app should not be allowed to operate! They are criminals. Run away from it and uninstall it. I was trying to pay my nephew’s hospital bill for 24 hours waiting for these idiots to effect the money in my account to no avail. I was emotional and psychologically down! Don’t even try. This is the fifth time they have delayed my transaction and now I can say it’s a pattern! Asked for refund they have the gut to say it will take 5 working days! Hilarious!

If you value your peace of mind and the security of your finances, stay far away from this app.
I initiated a transfer payment into Centrexcard on the 19th of May. After being asked to provide proof of funds—a step I promptly complied with—the transaction was still not processed on the 19th or the 20th. I was told this was due to a "technical issue" with their partner. As a result, I nearly lost the opportunity for which the funds were urgently required and was ultimately forced to rely on an overdraft facility, incurring significant and unnecessary costs.
When I requested a refund on the 20th of May, I was told the funds would be returned within five working days by the 28th of May. Despite my numerous calls and multiple emails explaining the urgency of my situation and pleading for an earlier refund to minimise my overdraft charges, I was met with complete silence. Not one of my emails was acknowledged, and no effort was made to expedite the refund.
It wasn’t until the 29th of May, after calling repeatedly and raising my voice out of sheer desperation, that the refund was finally processed. The entire experience was harrowing, emotionally draining, and financially damaging.
The conduct of this company is a reflection of its leadership. The owner of Centrexcard, the parent company of TransferBoss Ebi Ugo, clearly has no regard or empathy for customers. This blatant disregard permeates the entire organisation, as evidenced by the unprofessional and dismissive behaviour of their customer service representatives.
This company has demonstrated a shocking lack of integrity, transparency, and basic human decency. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

If you want the receiver account to be credited within 4 hours don't use them.
I've used them for about 7 times it is all story, it took them 2-3 days to credit the receiver account in Nigeria after many messages sent to their WhatsApp number.
I don't recommend them and l will never use them again.

This company seems to be a very dodgy company, and it looks like they are unregistered with the UK Companies House too. Apart from their not being found on the list of active registered companies, my recent experience is not good at all. I transferred £1500 through them for an urgent family need in Nigeria, on 7th April 2025 but after 24 hours, when they still kept 'posting' me without actually paying up into my Naira account, I decided to request for my refund of my transferred £1500 in writing, according to the lady I spoke with called 'JOJU'. She said to me that their refund policy, which I did not see in their policy statement, is that refund takes 5 working days. Promised refund of my money on 15th April 2025. I have sent them several emails with no response as of the said day and also called their number several times today, yet she kept promising refund today, but so far, nothing has dropped into my UK account. Buyers Beware!!! This company and its handlers, as well as others like them should be prosecuted and jailed immediately respectively, and as well prevented from ever doing any business in the UK.

I have used the company in the past from 2019 up till 2021 and some time in 2023 although it was 24hrs waiting time then stopped using them due to their long transfer time but the higher rate enticed me and I thought I should try them this year.
Well I thought wrong this time was after 3 days still no money received back home. I called my back to see what they can do to charge my money back but they said they don’t see anything fishy with the company in question and I should just try and have patience with the merchant I was a bit relieved here. So I waited I decided to request for refund this took 5 working days and I received my money in my account almost at the end of the 5th day I thought I had lost the money.
I hope they improve their system to defend their company name as TransferBoss cos so far what I had experienced is TransferBoy

I think it is high time this company is reported to Financial Conduct Authority as they lacked integrity in dealing with client money, they are collating client data without following GDPR rules on data management and using a business address they actually do not have access to. Authority should be inform to sanction this company and not allow to transact in financial services in UK.

I used TB because of a slightly higher rate which am regretting. I sent £625 at midnight. Money still not sent at 9 am. Sent them WA message and they said that there system is having issues. At 5 pm I asked for a refund and they said 5 working days policy and I need to send an email. They did not pause system to prevent anyone else attempting to send money. I regret using them.
Ha ha. They responded to this over a year later. The issue I had with them is not that their system went down. But they refused to give me back my money. The money could have been needed to pay an emergency hospital bill but they didn't care. They just wanted to make money by holding my money

Needed money urgently to sort out my Mum's medical Bill's and going four days now, after I made a transfer with them, they haven't credited them back home. My poor mum's treatment has to be put on hold. How can you take people's money, when you know that you don't have enough funds to credit them?.

This company is fraudulent! My money transfer was not completed; no refund made. Customer Services are now asking me to prove I haven't received the money.
My original transfer was made 20th May; refund triggered 24th May. Refund expected 1st June. Today is 13th June and no payment has been received.
Transferboss have provided a response more than two years after this issue: I can confirm that this is incorrect. No refund was provided to me and I am still owed my money plus interest.

Used the service and the transfer did. It happen called customer services giving excuses that they have issues transferring and it would get sort out by the end of the day end of the day still no transfer and no communication and if they have issue they should put information out on there website and app to warn customers which they haven’t done and still accepting people money which is fraudulent knowing well your system is not working would now report this to the FCA about there conduct

This company is not reliable.
I sent money for an urgent need back home, after 24hours the money was not paid. Called customer service twice they were not helpful pretending they can hear me when they can. Not bother about resolving the issue
