I had a question regarding my personal use of several TL products. I provided my specific use as well as my health, I received a thoughtful and what I'd consider logical response within a few hours. The CS reps are as awesome as their products, I've had great results for someone in my early 70's while losing body weight and training 7 days per week.

Transparent Labs topped the lists of several of my searches for quality exercise nutrition.
Their products are indeed top shelf quality.
I have had great results with several of their products, including the mass gainer, whey isolate, Bulk pre-workout mix, creatine and the hydrate.
I highly recommend researching them/looking them up and giving their stuff a go!

Amazing product and an even better, more understanding customer service

I’ve been using these products for a year and still love them. Not to mention when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing customer service was top notch fixing things for me and communication was very timely.

I ordered the salted chocolate Carmel protein powder. Great flavour, great product. The team was super helpful helping me pick out a product that would best suit me.

I really trust Transparent Labs products. I take their protein, whey and Beef isolate. I also use Transparent Labs creatine with HMB, Growth and BCAA supplements. I can tell the difference through my results at the gym, outdoor activities and everyday life. I do not feel any adverse side-effects after taking any of their products. I finally found a company that I can rely on and that makes everything supplement I need. Their customer service is very reliable and helpful.

Your customer service is very good. They took care of a shipping problem without a hitch and resent my order before they even received the original one back.

However, this creatine is very expensive and I'll probably use another brand in the future. It also tastes terrible. I've been using creatine for quite a while and this is the first i've encounteredthat even has a flavor.

I have been using their products now for 5 months and I love them. I take the 100% grass fed protein the stim-free pre work out and intra EAA i have also tried the mass gainer but kinda hurt my stomach so i stopped taking that but the 100 percent grass fed does not bother me. And the grass-fed only has 1 gram of sugar so someone that is watching their sugar this is a great option. I did have an issue with the mass gainer protein missing the scoop inside i contacted transparent labs and they responded promptly and sent me a new mass gainer protein so that was much appreciated. Also another issue that just came up i had purchased (2) 100 percent grass fed protein powders from my local vitamin shoppe and when I opened one i can tell there was some moisture in the container because there was wet clumps in the powder it was not catastrophic but was definitely off putting. My stim free pre work out has a moisture pack inside the powder so maybe they can put something like that in the protein powder as well to help mitigate any issue. But other than that i love the product and will continue to use them on my new fitness journey 🤙🏼

I've been shopping with Transparent labs for little over a year and have the best service. Notifications when an item is out of stock with an other to replace if there is another product I would like.

Transparent labs protein powder is the purest and cleanest product I have ever used. It's a strong option if you're looking for a high-protein supplement with relatively simple ingredients, minimal lactose, and no artificial sweeteners. One of the things I particularly like about this brand is its approach to independent testing. Transparent Labs publishes certificates of analysis, and specific varieties are listed under NSF Certified for Sport. That provides more meaningful reassurance than simply advertising a product as natural or clean. And their customer service far exceeds my expectations.

I bought through the app and the wrong address was auto-saved. I emailed right away, but my first message did not get handled properly. After I posted this review, the team contacted me immediately, refunded my money, and sent a replacement. They also gave me a discount code as an apology. The replacement arrived today, 6 days after the problem started. The issue was fixed, and I appreciate the follow-up. I was listening Dr.Jonathan Schoeff's(Longevity mogul) reel on you tube about creatine and he was holding TLCreatine HMB in his hand. Here in this part of the word Pakistan 🇵🇰 I never heard of HMB. So I ordered Creatine HMB in june. I also ordered Preworkout Bulk and hyderate( weather was scorching 45C+). I received in july after wait of approximately for 3-4 weeks. Initially i thought it would be run of the mill.TL Supplementsdramatically improved my strength, energy. I feel like cognitive behaviour shift from negative emotions to very positive 🙃.
I am in my early 50's and in our part of the life expectancy is 65 -67. And I feel quite younger . However I also follow workouts routine and nutrition. I am big fan of Dorian Yates as a bodybuilder and influencer, his DY blood and gut and protein I used and other available supplements in pakistan which a I use for my gym goals they all are good but TL is greatest I'm my opinion. As I directly order . Very few online stores off TL Supplements here in Pakistan. Full Marks.

This is my first time ordering from Transparent Labs. I saw their clean ingredients and was like, Should give it a try.
But its been 4 days and I haven’t even received my protein yet. Considering the price that I am price the delivery experience should be much better

Been using their protein powder for years. It’s the best one out there. Their customer support is also very very good they even gave me a free tub of protein when I forgot to cancel my next auto delivery!

I received water damaged creatine and can’t get them to respond to emails. I’ve sent 3 with no response. I cancelled my subscription and will no longer purchase from them.

Love products. Recently came out with vanilla bean protein. I was excited. Unfortunately, it tastes more like watered down French vanilla. Bummer. Guess I’ll go back to French vanilla. Otherwise, great all around.
