We booked with you last year and had the most perfect holiday, we decided to booked with you again. Staff went above and beyond to make sure they found the best holiday to suit our needs. Nothing we asked was too much effort and they were so helpful.

Excellent customer service, the cruise we were going to book was not what we expected, which was pointed out by the staff, and was given alternative options, of which we accepted ,and picked our cruise, thanks to their help.We are loyal Travel House customers, the staff a very friendly and professional, we always come away positive.
We also purchase our currency at the Branch.

On entering the Cwmbran Branch, I was met with a cheerful welcome, as though I was expected. This was followed up with patience and experience, underlined with explanations all the way through completing a complicated booking. Codi walked me through a minefield of bewildering paperwork on screen with such competence. A true professional. I had arrived anxious; I left totally satisfied. Thanks. Tom.

Computer systems are slow and complicated but staff are patient kind and honest!

I was listened to with my request and all options were given to me honestly and clearly. I also had no pressure to buy through the agent, which was refreshing.

My sister and I had excellent advice from Lisa.She was very patient and answered all our questions and concerns.She gave us advice and helped us to narrow down our options until we were comfortable with our booking.Will be going back to book more trips in the future.
