Dear Valued Guest,
We sincerely apologize for the distressing experience you had with TravelOcat. Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we are committed to addressing your concerns.
We understand that our policy requiring full payment after airport pickup may have caused inconvenience. We made multiple attempts (12 calls) to remind you of the payment, each time being assured it would be done in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, after 6 hours and pressure from our supplier, the transporter had no choice but to stop the car due to outstanding dues.
We regret that this situation impacted your experience and want to assure you that all services were provided as per our commitments once the payment was settled. We understand your frustration and are taking steps to improve our communication and payment processes to prevent such issues in the future.
Please contact us directly at +91 78100 50005 if you wish to discuss this matter further. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to make things right.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Best regards,
Aniket Rana

He was able to re-plan the trip without any problem when we decided to change one of the destinations. When we did not like one of the accommodations he pro-actively changed it without hesitation. I would definitely recommend him for planning your next trip.

We had a 7 Days Europe trip with my family and it was a delight ! The guide offered by TravelOcat in paris showed us most of the neighbourhood with every time a path away from tourists. She even shared some fascinating stories about her childhood during the communist era.

Not sure where to start from coz we have been so lucky to find Dev from Travelocat who doesn’t stop to surprise us on all the vacations that we have planned with him including honeymoon! I have also dealt with other travel agents who promise you big time dreamy vacations and when you reach the destination you feel so helpless and foolish! However, Travelocat has been one kind of a company that provides with exactly what they promise. For us Travelocat has been represented by Dev who ensures the best vacation for you ever with whatever budget you provide him. He ensures that you are always updated with every step of planning! I have been always a skeptical person when it comes to planning, however he always answered all my stupid questions with so much patience and smile! Way to go Dev! Words are not enough to define your professionalism! Can’t wait to plan many more vacations via you!

Fantastic Manali experience with travelocat
I had organised a trip for my family to manali, had never been on a trip with a travel planner earlier but with travelocat and ketan the experience was very good. I am not telling our trip was very smooth. Every trip has hurdles, one such hurdle was with the driver in our trip however ketan from travelocat did manage it smoothly and we had a fantastic journey. Kudos to ketan and travelocat.
