I recently booked a holiday for my parents via Travelocat . The package was for Bali . And my contact person was Mr. Dev .
Starting with the quality of trip , it was very well planned and my parents enjoyed it to bits ..
But coming to some more details because of which I recommend booking trips via this portal especially with Mr . Dev , ( I hope you don't get too busy and are there for my next trip as well ,ha ha just kidding ) .. When my parents were still in Bali , the issue with coronavirus situation happened and Dev took every measure possible to make sure they were safe and helped me bring them back on time before the lockdown situation happened , I know how much overtime he had to work to make sure they get a proper flight and come home safely .
This trip was my gift to my parents and surely it became really adventurous , but what I know is I wouldn't trust anyone else except Dev for such trips for my family ever.
I highly recommend this site and with special mention of Mr. Dev ..
I hope you grow but do not loose this Personal touch in the business , which is your stand out point .

When we were decided to go for honeymoon, I got referral from one of my colleague to reach TravelOcat. Initially I had a small hesitation as the company is located far from my place, so trusting them was little difficult. when I contacted Mr. Dev he gave all the confidence in making our trip as excellent one. The only suggestion I give everyone prior to the booking of any package is to check the baggage policy of flights to avoid last minute hiccups.

Good arrangements by travelocat for our trip to Bali & Kulalampur

I had gone to Bhutan with my family. The whole trip was well planned by them. Our guide, Mr. Gopal was very pleasant and helpful and was only a phone call away even at 12 am. They made sure that we were comfortable and enjoyed our trip to the fullest. I would definitely like to travel with TravelOcat again.

We three (myself, my wife and my daughter) booked our 6-day trip to Bali, Indonesia using TravelOCat company services. Mr. Dev Suthar was our contact. The company booked our tickets, stay at hotel Grand Zuri, Kuta, and the trip itself. We preferred to have our private car. We reached Bali on Tuesday, 14 Jan morning at scheduled time. We finished our Visa tracker stamping, bought a SIM card and checked at the Information centre and outside for our airport pickup. We were in a shock to find nobody was holding a placard there bearing my name. We found all drivers waiting there for their respective clinets, holding placards displaying their clients' names. We called Hotel (Grand Zuri) and booked our own car to reach the hotel and called our Bali contact of Sita Travel Services and they WhatsApp'd a pic of driver holding a placard bearing my name. It was not clear where and during what time he waited for us. As contact was immediately established with them after checking into hotel, the rest of the trip was fine, flawless, and enjoyable.

We enjoyed the drive to Banyumala (my first pick) waterfalls, the Ulun Danu temple, Kintamani volcano site, water sports by beach side, Tanah Lot where you see the world's most beautiful sunset into the sea, and last but not the least, the Bali Bird park. Each day we started at 10:00AM and returned to hotel by 7:00PM.

We returned home with sweet memories of Bali and hundreds of pics and videos.

To those who didn't visit Bali and are planning it, I recommend that you buy lots of big water bottles from a near by grocery store. All over Bali, you find AlfaMart and IndoMaret shops. Drinking water is not free even in hotels and should be purchased. While the entire trip is not too cheap, it's not prohibitively expensive either. Please carry a few hundred US dollars and a few lakhs of Indonesian rupiah with you before you board the flight to Bali. It helps. We did so and it saves time.

After we came back, I talked to Dev Suthar about the glitch of no airport car pickup and he offered us refund of that cost. It was nice of him. I do recommend TravelOcat for their professional services and thorough planning with their partners. Hope this helps.

Hotels suggested were clean,with good amenities. - I would recommend them and would be glad to book one more trip through them. One of the main things that improved the trip was that the drivers/ guides were locals, thereby letting us get the real feel of the places we visited. Rohit was very flexible with us in the planning as per what we wanted and not like usual travel advisors which have a fixed itinerary for the guests.
