Travel Republic Avis 1 900

I booked what should have been a spa holiday to Hurghada and they booked me in by mistake to The Empire Aqua Park. I was shocked at the filth and damage of this resort that is beyond anything that a Westerner should have to deal with. I am in shock at the state of this hotel. I booked a resort expecting a place similar to the many that I've stayed at here in Hurghada before that is on the beach and all inclusive which is what I specified when booking. My room was filthy and in a state of disrepair as, there are rusty corroded fixtures on the sink, shower and toilet youis discolored and filthy and the overall state is on of rust and toxicity. The curtains do not even hanging right and look like they have used a sheet instead. The lift has a hole in the top and also when it stops at the floor there is a gap of about 4 inches where it is not level to step out and dangerous. The fridge looked toxic and full of ice where it has not been defrosted for ages so the inside has filthy yellow colored ice. I could not eat in the dining room as the cleanliness of the food preparation is suspect.
I lost a few days of rest and relaxation because of the stress, and have an extra cost of £127.77 for my mobile phone calls to Travel Republic as no one gave me the courtesy of responding to my emails and when I phoned and explained the problems was put on hold 'for the right department' knowing that I was calling from Egypt using my mobile phone. Twice that hold was over 20 minutes! I had to move to another resort and they have not even given me the courtesy of any response or customer service. I DO NOT recommend them.

Cliente da anni in Grecia e Spagna affidabilissimi mai avuto problemi quest'anno prenotato in Portogallo e Poggio di Tropea causa coronavirus 5 euro di prenotazione x albergo x 2 mi scrivono per rimborsarmi i 10 euro agenzia serissima consigliatissima!!!! Da provare

Prenotazione week end effettuata il 21 Marzo 2019 in Calabria dal 27 al 30 giugno 2019 presso Hotel delle Stelle - Sangineto (CS).
Prenotazione confermata per più di un mese e poi CANCELLATA d'ufficio il 14 maggio 2019, senza il mio consenso, in quanto il servizio clienti mi avvisava che il prezzo acquistato (in valuta EUR), non era per gli italiani ma solo per i residenti in UK. "COSA MAI VISTA“. Il problema del prezzo troppo basso acquistato (270€), a detta loro, è stato avanzato dalla loro agenzia locale a cui si riferiscono per le prenotazioni in Calabria (Meeting Point Italia - Tropea (VV) che NON ha accettato il prezzo troppo basso 270€ ma mi richiedevano, in quanto cittadino residente in Italia, il prezzo nuovo di 392€. FATE ATTENZIONE che le prenotazioni tramite questo sito NON sono attendibili, in quanto se il prezzo pattuito, va bene per loro allora OK, ma se è troppo basso, vi creano solo problemi e vi annullano la prenotazione d'ufficio, anche senza il vostro consenso. Rimborsano, ma intanto dopo 1 mese e mezzo vi creano cmq il danno.
Diffidate in quanto il sito TRAVELREPUBLIC.IT NON esiste più e anche il servizio clienti al numero +390112343634 non risponde più nessuno, concordano prezzi errati con i partners locali giustificando che sono solo per i residenti in UK.

Ogni anno prenoto sia i week end in Italia o all estero e le vacanze estive con travel republic. Sono molto efficienti prezzi scontatissimi e inoltre blocchi l hotel con 1 euro e lo saldi 10gg prima della partenza.....che dire Se non ci fosse travelling republic bisognerebbe inventarlo!!!!⛱⛱😉😉😉😉😉

OTTIMA AGENZIA, OTTIME CONDIZIONI DI PAGAMENTO E OTTIMA L'OFFERTA CHE ABBIAMO SCELTO. CI SPIACE CHE NON LAVORI Più CON LA SPAGNA.

Partiti in ottobre con una prenotazione fatta con Travelrepublik UK, pagato tutto prima della partenza, ci siamo trovati in Egitto senza alcun pagamento inviato all'hotel, in balia di noi stessi. Chiamati per ore dalla reception i numeri di telefono dell'assistenza clienti, fino a quando abbiamo scaricato completamente tutti i nostri cellulari. Alla fine abbiamo pagato il soggiorno con la nostra carta di credito a prezzo stratosferico. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE per i non Inglesi!!!Al rientro ci hanno fatto il rimborso di quanto pagato, senza nessun rimborso per spese stratosferiche sostenute inviate lettere e mail MAI RISPOSTO!!!
Parties in October with a reservation made with Travelrepublik UK, paid for everything before departure, we were in Egypt without any payment received by the hotel, at the mercy of ourselves. Called for hours from the reception of customer service phone numbers, until we completely downloaded all of our phones. In the end we paid the room with our credit card stratospheric price. ABSOLUTELY AVOID for non-English !!! On returning they made the refund of the amount paid, without any refund for stratospheric expenditure sent letters and emails NEVER ANSWERED !!!

When booking, refreshed webpage and date changed to a few days forward so wrong date was booked and paid in full but there is a no refund policy and support take about a week to get back to you anyway

Mi sono trovato molto bene,ho risparmiato parecchio e in futuro utilizzerò ancora travel republic. Lo consiglio vivamente ad altri.

Come prima esperienza non potevo aspettarmi di meglio. Ho prenotato due alberghi a Creta ed in entrambi i casi mi sono trovato benissimo, alle receptions tutto era pronto per il mio arrivo e mi sono state date ottime camere. Quindi ottima organizzazione e sopratutto ottimi prezzi dato che ho speso molto meno di gente che alloggiava nello stesso albergo ed aveva prenotato su Booking. D'ora in poi userò solo Travel Repubic, lo consiglio a tutti.
