I have emailed support about my recent order and would like to return it. I am not satisfied and very disappointed with the product. I never got a response but get multiple emails from the big guy about his company. Not good.

Stop calling me
Power supplies are fine. The one star is because they just will not stop calling me to "thank" me. Hey, you're welcome guys. You requested that I call you back (several times), I did not, that should be sufficient for you. I'm a third shifter so that makes this especially maddening. I've never been contacted by a car salesman this many times after a purchase. It's time to start blocking numbers for a freakin power supply puchase...

In stock and ready to ship fast
When I lost the part to my mom's charger she needs daily for her back - I was devastated. Once I figured out the part number, I found TRC had them in stock and quickly I ordered 2 (apparently we need a backup) - they shipped it quickly even over the holidays. After ordered we learned from my moms provider that even they couldn't get the part, their supplier is on backorder. Thank Goodness TRC had them!!!!!!!!

The Batteries that I received seem to…
The Batteries that I received seem to be defective. They do not hold a charge nearly as long as other new Batteries I have purchased. I made sure they were fully charged before using them.
