Tree Fort Bikes Avis 

Every time I look at their website my computer freezes. I thought they were located in China or Russia! They never have anything in stock that comes up on a general web search. I think these guys are nasty bogus. Why do they lie so much?

They list stuff for a good price on eBay and then cancel the order on you claiming inventory error so they can avoid bad feedback, then repost at a higher price later. Total scam. Took several days to tell me about it too so it was too late for me to look elsewhere. Don’t do business with them. Shady commerce tactics. You don’t have any business being on eBay if you can’t keep basic inventory straight and certainly not with 99.9 positive feedback .

Recently bought new Bosch power pack battery online. QandA next to photo of power pack says it does come with a charger. Got battery without charger, called them and they said that it doesn’t come with charger in spite of their web info. Company is dishonest,

Had good experience when returning an expensive item I ordered that was too big. Very good service and prices.

Ordered some Shimano pedals online from these guys. Website was easy, price excellent, and delivery spot on. Highly recommend this shop.

Good prices but online shipping time is too slow. Probably online sales is not there thing but their communication is good.

They have a great price match policy and will always match a competitor's price, within reason. If they do not have the product or information that I need, they will go out of their way to find it. The customer service that I have received at Tree Fort Bikes is far and away better than anything that I have experienced from other online bike supply companies. Tree Fort Bikes has earned my loyalty as a customer, and I highly recommend them!

Bike shops come and go well perhaps they could have learned a few things from this business model.

I live locally, so I have used them in the past for repair. My vintage Bianchi bicycle rear derailleur needed repair, which most bike mechanics shy away from touching, well that was not the case with Tree Fort, they fixed it and it's been going strong for years.

The price machine is so wonderful... (they search competitors and match the price), so that makes them my go to part and accessory supplier. Usually, I can purchase all my needs from one store. I have had nothing but a positive experience with all aspects of this bike shop.

I love Tree Fort Bikes. They are fast at shipping with a central US location, website works great, and customer service is top-notch.

Their price matching service is really awesome, because if you haven't shopped around on your own they will still list a price match on their website if someone else had submitted it.

For some reason they also sell really awesome pint glasses with their logo on it, as well as other bike related companies. I like that since beer and bikes go so well together!
