Stort set umuligt at finde ud af hvordan man skal afmelde "automatisk fornyelse" af abonnement. Den blev ved med at sige at enten min kode eller email fra forkert, hvilket det bestemt ikke var. Endelig, via en medarbejder fra TM via supportchat, kom jeg ind på min profil og fik trykket afmeld. Kan så se andre steder på Trustpilot at de har til vane at trække penge selvom man har afmeldt. Da min næste trækning først vil være januar 2023 bliver det spændende at se - dog udløber mit tillknyttede dankort i december 2022, så de kan jo bare prøve.

1 stjerne for absolut kropumulig afmeldingsservice og en hjemmeside med brugervenlighed på ekstremt lavt niveau.

Die ganz schlechten Bewertungen kann ich so nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hatte TrendMicro maximum Security über 1 Jahr auf meinen PCs,einen Virus oder Malware hatte ich in dieser Zeit aber nicht bekommen.Diese Antiviren Software ist gut.Einziger wirklicher Wermutstropfen ist die fehlende,eigene Firewall.TrendMicro bedient sich hier des Windows Defender,welcher nicht immer topp ist. Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel dagegen zu sagen.Schnelle In-und Deinstallation,geringe PC Last,einfache Bedienung. Mehr muss man nicht haben.

Selve produktet virker ok. Men Trend Micros fornyelsesprocedure er så aggressiv, at jeg overvejer at finde en anden producent, når mine nuværende abonnementer udløber. Mere end eet år (!!!) inden abonnementet udløber, bliver man gjort opmærksom på, at man skal forny sit abonnement. Det er simpelthen ikke ok.

Gosto muito desse antivirus já experimentei vários e esse foi o que melhor se comportou e tem bastante recursos importantes para defender meu smartphone. Na minha concepção é um dos melhor.

They won't respond to emails so I'll share what happened. When I got cover for a second device as soon as I put in code it put the cover on my phone, even though I put code in on a new desktop, at this point I put in a second email address to try and get it to work (... take note here, this bit is important for later, this company never use this address and only got it that day.....) I called customer service, who, after making things a million times more difficult than it should have been informed me that it had been activated on a phone, how I'll never know. Then he wants to remotely get on my computer to fix this issue (which after telling him no and hanging up I fixed in 2 minutes). I complained to the company about this suspicious activity (this dude just happened to be Indian).
Then a couple of days later I get this message sent to the email that they NEVER use. I have contacted the company twice about this email and they will not respond.
I believe my "friendly" customer service sent me a virus (when I wrote this I thought I would be able to uplaod a screen shot).
I did not require any software from them so this email was strange to say the least and the fact that they wont reply, tells me they are SUS.
The message had all of the trend micro logos but instead of being from their normal email address it was from a "no_reply_account", and like I said, they shouldn't be using that email address. It simply read,
Hi,
(My name) wanted to share the following Trend Micro software with you, so you can enjoy your digital life safely. Please do not share this software with others.

It then tells me to click a "download now" button on the device I want to install it on.
I did not need any software, so this could not possibly be more sus, and I surely won't be downloading this or using their company once this runs out. A scammer working for a legit company...wonderful, indeed. Shame on you for not replying Trend Micro and say hi to your scammer for me, I will now be deleting that email address simply because this fool now knows my information. Any more nonsense from you TM and I will be going to authorities, not just leaving a bad review.

Very long an complicate software installation, activation key not send through email , containing spyware !

Good service but some issues when I was installing.
I got the "latest" version from their website, when installing it still redownloaded the "latest" version.
when installation completed it found a new update and installed in once again!
some weird stuff but service is good and extremely cheap!

I think the software works OK. It was added to my windows defender by the tech who set up my new computer. When it came time for a renewal I kept getting emails to renew as my subscription was running out, better price offered etc..I clicked on the renewal form and found 3 things. It asked for my name , first and last. First was spelled FRIST. It asked me for my phone number, I put it in, and the site kept rejecting it,.I tried different formats, no luck. Lastly thanks to other reviews I read I noticed that by renewing I was giving them a blank check .I signed of and deleted the program

This company will rob u blind once been paid. Stay away under all circumstances.
I paid £80 (next day on offer £29) not a penny refunded.

One product was never delivered, I have them the card number but because I changed my email address they accused me of doctoring the email.
An outrageous claim. I still have paid 300% over the asking price and are now accusing me of making everything up and I never placed an order.
Despicable despicable people who once have had your money have a customer service that is so shameful they should be locked up. I am out of pocket and had no product delivered.

great product and stellar service. 24 hour support when you need them.

TM worked ok on Win 10, but made my iMac run like a dog. Also had problems with remote connectivity when using Citrix, even though I followed the online KB I had to stop TM to remote into my work Intranet..... this was very disappointing..... I don’t want to spend hours configuring Internet Security programs.... TM should be more intuitive.

First of all, want to say "Thank You" to Vanessa, You are awesome.
During the installation had an issue with previous av software (some temporary system files which did not give me to install Trend Micro properly.) Asked for support of Trend Micro. The technician Vanessa quickly quided me what need to do and my problem was resolved. Even I am not their subcriber yet! Great job , 5/5 !

Bought trend antivirus with my brand new desktop
And as soon as i installed my whole computer gone shut down and way to slow that i have to take it back to
Shop and get antivirus deleted
Apparently its the worst antivirus around

The free tool is awesome: Housecall. I've been using it for 6 years, whenever I suspect a virus.

I have been using trend for 20 years, and consider it one of the best av products going. However their sales team are crap and do not care about existing customers.

Do not use their auto-renew process - it is turned on by default, but you should turn it off immediately (log in to your account to do this). When your licence expires, they will offer you a 15% discount on their standard price - but new purchases are usually 30 to 50 % off so it is invariably cheaper to buy new. This does mean you get new serial numbers which you have to insert into each device (it takes about 30 seconds).

And do not assume that bigger is better value - at present a 10 user 3 year licence is 10 times as expensive as a 1 year 10 user licence.

3 years ago when I queried this I was told they were putting in a 'best price guarantee' for renewals so it would never be more expensive to renew - unfortunately the person who told me this no longer works there.

Det er en karussel, når man ikke vil forlænge sit abonnement. Vi fik information om at vores abonnement skulle forlænges. Det afviste vi via den korrekte vej.
Alligevel blev vi faktureret kr. 799 for ydelsen. Nu har vi i 14 dage forsøgt at få pengene tilbage fra TM. Først via en online formular og derefter en masse korrespondance frem og tilbage på mail.
Vi har fået bekræftelse om at vi vil få pengene tilbage. Da de anslåede dage var gået forsøgte jeg at kontakte TM igen på den mail de havde sendt til mig. Der kom et autosvar retur at sagen var lukket og der ikke ville være nogen til at svare mig.
Efter autosvaret forsøgte jeg at ringe tind til TM i DK, men bliver i første omgang sendt rundt i div. valgmuligheder.
Efter at have fanget en fysisk person på den anden side af jorden, får jeg at vide at hun ikke kan hjælpe alligevel. Jeg skal tilbage til start og starte en ny sag op via deres online formular.

Det virker som om systemet er sat op til at at få kunderne til at opgive at få pengene tilbage.

Trend Micro, no good support and service, in my opinion not a good antivirus program, there is better Panda Dome Complete, both from the cloud.
And Panda is much better for the system ....................

Absolutely awful. Bought a year's subscription, which delivered no value. Since ending that subscription they have repeatedly tried to renew the contract and I have had to jump through hoops to make sure that didn't happen. No answer on their support line. Waste of money and life, companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate so unethically.
