My experience with TrendXinsights has been quite disappointing. The platform lacks depth, and the insights often feel too basic to be truly useful. What concerns me more is the absence of a clear physical presence or structured office environment, which makes the company feel less credible and harder to trust.

There also seems to be a lack of transparency and consistency in the information provided. Overall, it doesn’t give the confidence you’d expect from a professional insights platform, and I would be hesitant to rely on it.

As a client, I was completely misled by Trendx Insights’ LinkedIn page. They have no office, no proper hierarchy, and no experienced staff. It’s run by a bunch of unprofessional and less-educated people who remotely manage everything. Many seem to be either jobless, fired from earlier companies, or still in low-level roles acting as trojan horses.
Fake experience mentioned, no B-School background, and no real client testimonials. Total bogus shell company. Strongly avoid.

I wanted to buy a report from this company, so before buying I tried to know basic information about the company, like who is leading this company and who is on the team. However I couldn't find the "About Us" page or any details about the CEO, Directors or Management. This kind of lack of transparency raises concerns whether the company is genuine, looks like unreliable.

Update to Company's Reply: The Company's response below is highly concerning and proves my point. They are defending against claims regarding "advance payment," "slipping deadlines," and "refund requests" - none of which I ever mentioned. I didn't work with them, I only said that I decided not to buy from them they lack an "About Us" page and basic team transparency. Not only that their feedbacks are not so satisfactory on Google when I searched about them. The fact that they responded with a completely irrelevant, copy-pasted script rather than addressing the actual lack of information on their site only reinforces my initial concerns.
