The installer arrived on time and worked efficiently. He cleaned up the site and respect my home. upon inspection of the work it was seen to be satisfactorily installed.

Installers were nice and tidy, cleaned up after themselves. Mark has been thorough and explained things in a way I understood. My panels and storage are now costing me only £4 to run my house.

The install team arrived on time and fitted the equipment correctly. The guys cleaned up after themselves. The monitoring on the battery allows us to see if our investment was paying us back, that soon became obvious. All worked perfectly and our electricity cost has been reduced.

We have used Tres Energy to install batteries for our solar panels.Mark, who initially came out was very thorough and answered all our questions.he explained everything clearly . We had them fitted in May and the fitters worked and cleaned up after themselves ,they were very polite and kept us informed of the process. Mark was true to his word and came back 3 months after installation to run through where we were at. We have seen a decrease in our electricity charges however this is not a “get rich quick “thing and until we have had the system for a while we will not know how much they will truly save us! It’s too early to say.
Pleased with everything so far and watching this space !'!!!

Having now used Tres Energy’s LuxPower and Hanchu solar capture system since 2022, I am confident in confirming the products as first class, easy to manage via an App and saving way more than we anticipated. Mark has just carried out a system check and we are happy that we are currently using near to 90% of our own solar and battery power. The bonus of the system is the Emergency Power Supply that can keep a selected circuit powered up during a power outage. With a full BEV and a PHEV vehicle linked to the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff, the partnership with Tres Energy’s solar capture system really makes a great deal of sense.

My experience with Tres energy has been Great, Tyler has been nice and helpful in giving me advice on my tariff for me to get it sorted and finishing my system of.

Lots of good here: Mark, their 'salesman' is excellent and Mark, who did the installing is also excellent. But the management can be brusque and check your contract VERY carefully.
