Tretinoinbuy Avis

I have been buying from this online shop for years, they are so helpful, really fabulous products all are with good dates on, really quick postage & delivery..great service with a personal touch .. 🥰

Extremely slow service. Very high shipping costs, and the order takes two weeks from payment verification to leaving the warehouse. Three weeks total to receive it. Expensive for the quality of service. They offer few payment options.

I received my order of a Tretinoin 0.025% and 0.5%. Both were about to expire within 2-3 months. I immediately contacted them to complain as I would not even be able to use up one before the expiration date. They told me a lot of things, in the following order:
1. I will get a buy-1-get-1 on my next order
2. They just shipped it fast, but they still owe me fresh products
3. They will ship new products and provide a new tracking number.

It's been over a week, no tracking number, no fresh products. They cannot be reached at their phone number. This is not a correct company, and I would never recommend them.

Fantastic service, delivery instruction was carried out to avoid custom issues as a buyer outside of the UK, which was a big relief.
Items were as expected ,so all in all .perfect experience!

Ordered with them at least 10 times never had any issues

Ich bin unglaublich glücklich diesen Shop gefunden zu haben
Die Produkte sind toll und meine Haut ist wunderschön geworden
Der Service ebenso , sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Versand ist super schnell

Danke schön

Ive received excellent service from Tretinoinbuy I have been purchasing from this company over eighteen months now. I love the fact that their prices are competitive and their products are very good with a great selection
But one of the best things I like is their personal service they are always on hand to give advice about the products they supply according to your skin needs which I consider to be so important this is one of the reasons I continue to shop with them to this day

Great company!...anyone new to tretinoin....like i was...they have a very good informative website. Plus they will answer any questions. Quick delivery too...they have a wide range of creams and gels... I can recommend tretinoin buy!

Amazing customer service. My parcel got lost and they sent another one back. Delivery only takes 2-4days! I 100% recommend ordering from here. I have only been using my tret gel 0.05% for a week and have amazing results already.

Always a quick and easy transaction, no issues when purchasing Tretinoin and will continue to do so ☺️
