Great service. Plenty of communication about dispatch date etc. I needed to change the order and they made the adjustments and issued a refund with out my even asking. Quality products too.

Excellent service from Trichocereus UK
Excellent service from Byron, I had a query which was quickly answered over email and everything else went smoothly, plants were well packaged and arrived healthy, they are now potted up and doing well.
The only thing to bare in mind is plants are only dispatched twice a week so depending when you place your order it may be a few days before the plants are sent.
Thanks again,
Sam.

Great seller
Ordered a single Bridgesii seedling and they were kind enough to throw in an extra Bridgesii hybrid seedling too! Safely packaged, healthy plants. Can’t complain at all 😊

I later ordered some amazing substrate and prices I needed as I was running low and due to delivery cost they thought they'd surprise me with a absolutely beautiful cut wishbone sure to cherish for life. Was recommended by a friend and I doubt I need to look anywhere else for my tricho needs

Réponse de Cactocereus Ltd t/a Trichocereus UK
Hi mate
Thanks for leaving a review. I do try and make it as clear as possible on the listings that the plants are sent bare root. This is mainly to protect the roots from getting damaged while en route to you. I’ve thought about sending the existing substrate that the plant was in but it’s always better to give derooted plants new shoes to replenish the nutrient content.
There are also options for substrate add-ons on the product list as an additional option.
If I could guarantee that they arrive in good condition while remaining in their pots, I would :-).
I hope you find the care sheets that get sent useful and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.
Thanks
