Cactocereus Ltd t/a Trichocereus UK Avis

Items as described, brisk careful shipping, excellent communications, recommended seller!

Cactocereus are serious about cacti. I had bad experiences buying cacti from other websites in the past but not with these people. They are a pleasure to work with.

It has been an absolute pleasure.
I have been amazed by the personal touch of the customer service support team .
Byron has been quick to respond , very patient with my silly questions and the service has been extraordinary good.
The packaging has been done with extreme precision to protect and preserve.
I can not speak more highly of the whole team.
Thank you ever so much.

My order was delivered very fast, and everything was all good with my plants. They even through in a free pack of seeds for me as a Christmas gift. 2nd time ordering from this website and both times did not disappoint. My previous order was for 10 lophaphora seeds and I received about 30 or so. Can't recommend these guys enough. Will definitely be ordering from the again in the future.

A good service from a small but growing business.

Have just received my
Peruvian Torch cactus seedlings and they are lovely. I will defo be ordering again in the future

I recently purchased for the first time from Byron at Cactocereus. I found the website easy to navigate including good relevant information. The whole purchasing process was painless and stress free. Email confirmation of order was rapid and delivery ultra fast. Byron has also been very helpful in offering good sound advice. To conclude, I am very happy with my order and would have no hesitation in recommending Byron/Cactocereus to anyone who appreciates quality products, fair pricing and very high levels of customer service.

Brilliant site. Excellent communication all the way throughout and the quality of the plants are superb. Highly reccomended and I will be using again.

Fast and and easy

Very good communication. The plant arrived safely packaged. Fast shipping, and above all, the cacti are beautiful. I've never been disappointed with you. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic experience from Byron, his knowledge and professionalism are second to none!
I couldn't recommended him and his company more.

Great products and good customer service.
You’ll have no problems with this company

Byron went above and beyond to get my cacti order to me. I doubt any other supplier would be as tenacious and passionate about their business to get their products to customers. Second and more importantly the plants are in a class of their own. Absolutely A1 and seed packs are superb, 99% germination rate for my San Pedros. Mystery mix , great selection and quality plants. Say no more, the best,!

The experienced a couple of knowledge men that know what they are doing

I have bought several times from this site, from seeds to plants. The packaging is always perfect. The communication from Byron is always on point, forget Siri and chat gpt, become a customer and have Byron answer your questions. After several purchases I decided to get their mystery subscription box. The choice of cacti that go into this each month is amazing and always great value and quality. I look forward to opening my surprise package every month.

Overall experience was very good, everything arrived in good condition, the plants were all very healthy and great value and all the shared advice was a nice touch.
