Trimxs Avis 

Took over £60 from my wife's mobile account over a prolonged period. I had never heard of them before I found out they had taken money from my account; I definitely have never authorised any payment and really disappointed that they can still take money. It seems fundamentally wrong to me! Trying to get my money back, but had no luck so far.

Has anyone recieved their money back? I just realised I have been charged since last Oct £3 a week. I've now text STOP but wondered if I can get my money back because I didnt sign up to this.

My opinion? This company has stolen money from my phone top up. I have never signed up for any premium messages or other services online. My phone number is private and known to only a few family members. Now I have contacted my phone service provider who has given me an email address to those scumers with the instruction that I should now asked them to consider maybe refunding the money they had stolen from my account.
Both of you: the thieves and the Three in Ireland are not worth my nerves.

This is a total scam. I can't believe they're still allowed to do this.

I was receiving texts from this company Trimxs, ignored as i had never heard of them nor did i sign up to anything. then check my phone bill and saw nearly £50.00 of extra charges

I spoke to vodafone who said they cant do anything and gave me the company phone number instead. i tried calling them and spoke to a lady called Hayley who was very aggressive, couldnt even tell me what service Trimxs provide however could tell me that I had signed up to them?? I then proceeded to ask for company details and address to which i was hung up on.

I then advised vodaphone i wont be paying the exera charges and they have known about this company for well over a year yet have continued to allow them to take money, So i cancelled my direct debit and will only pay what i owe rather than extra charges.

This a scam. I have called Vodaphone and blocked them now. Can't believe they are stilling operating in UK Scamming people and nothing is getting done about it.

I agree with everyone else, this is a scam. I neither solicited a subscription nor agreed to any service TrimXS purport to provide. I have never authorised them to deduct monies from my Vodafone account yet they have been deducting £3 per week from my without permission. It seems to work by sending unsolicited text messages (which I have always deleted on receipt as I had no idea where they came from) but I have no idea how they obtained my mobile number. Vodafone have now blocked these payments and I have asked they refund all monies paid. Absolute disgrace that in this day and age this type of fraudulent activy can go on. Now blocked through my network provider!

A scam. Phone your mobile company and get it blocked asap.

Absolute scam artists! I believe one of my kids may have inadvertently subscribed to this through an in game advert whilst playing on my phone.
I had absolutely no idea I was subscribed. It was only at the end of the month when I received my phone bill did I see I had been charged £15 for 5 texts. I had received these texts, however, every search I did said it was a scam and not to reply to the texts, so I didn't text 'STOP'. I have also read reports of people that text 'STOP' still didn't get the subscription cancelled.
After phoning my network provider and a lot of searching I managed to find a phone number for them (which it if helps anyone else is 0330 0538 768. On speaking to the cretin of a women who clearly contributes to diluting the gene pool and wasting valuable clean air, I was told I would not be refunded as it was outside of 14 days (had I have known I was even subscribed for something I would have loved to have told them where to shove it within 14 days).
Appalling company. In current climes with money as tight as it is, it really does make you wonder how they sleep at night.

SCAM. Some how this company gets your number and subscribes you to a £3 per week scam service. There’s so many complains for these kind of scam on all major network’s online forum but still the network operators don’t seem to be doing anything. I’m beginning to think the network operators profit from these kind of scams.

Complained to vodafone just now, they said they cannot do anything and I have to contact them to cancel a subscription which I have never made.

I believe they are a fitness company. I have no interest in their services and never knowingly signed up but somehow they've managed to bill me weekly. I regard them a fraudulent.

I was signed up to TrimXS and I don't know how. I have no interest in their products. They started taking £3 a week from my mobile phone account using the Payforit system. I asked for my money back but they refused because I had not complained within 14 days. They sent texts saying I was signed up and I should reply STOP to stop them. But as I had never heard of the company I thought replying would leave me open to a scam - such as it being a premium rate text.
