Triumph Motorcycles Avis 

I was rear-ended on a roundabout, and among other things a corner was knocked off my top box. I found a similar top box online, but it came without a lock barrel.
I called Triumph head office spares, and was told that I'd been given three lock barrels when I bought the bike. This was new to me - I hadn't been given anything but the barrel which was in the top box that I ordered with the bike.
Just to be absolutely sure, I checked in my filing cabinet to see if they were with the paperwork. Nothing. Likewise when I checked the folder with the spare keys in the safe, and under the bike seat.
They didn't believe me, and continued to insist that I was given a full set of barrels at the time of purchase. Sadly the guy who sold me the bike doesn't work there anymore - all the staff from that time at that dealership have gone. That's another story!
In the end I had to fork out £50, for which thankfully I was reimbursed by the other party, to buy three lock barrels that should have been given to me for free when I first bought the bike. I was basically called a liar, and they wouldn't even supply a single lock barrel, which at around £16 for me would have cost them pennies, to help a customer who'd just been in an accident.
In previous dealings with these people they told me I didn't know how to ride a bike, so this is by no means my first disappointing encounter with Triumph and its breathtakingly rude and insulting staff. But rest assured it will be my last.

Triumph Frankfurt Nord: nach Zahlung des vollen Kaufpreises sollte spätestens nach 2 Wochen der Brief dasein. Nach 5 Wochen und einer schriftlichen Androhung vom Kauf zurückzutreten war 2 Tage später der Brief da.
Bei der Übergabe wurde mir versprochen, innerhalb einer Woche einen Termin für die 1. Inspektion preisreduziert zu bekommen. Der Verkäufer mit der blonden Pomade konnte sich heute nicht mehr daran erinnern ("wer hat das denn gesagt ?" Du kannst auch noch mit 1600 km zur 1. Inspektion kommen") Termin ist jetzt (online) in 5 Wochen.

Ich habe ein neues Motorrad gekauft und ein gebrauchtes in Zahlung gegeben und bin sehr zufrieden.

Triumph Frankfurt Nord: Sehr schöne Location und freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Allerdings lässt die Werkstatt zu wünschen übrig.
Ich habe meine 97 Thunderbird wegen eines defekten Anlasserfreilaufes dort abgegeben. Es wurde geschraubt und geschraubt. Jedoch an der falschen Stelle und letztendlich war die Werkstatt nach 11 (!) Wochen nicht fähig den Schaden zu reparieren. Hab die Maschine dann wieder abgeholt. Fairnisheitshalber muss ich sagen, dass mir für die vermeintliche Reparatur, welche nichts gebracht hat und den Leihmotorrädern nichts abgenommen wurde. Das fand ich sehr fair und deshalb gibt es auch ein Stern mehr.

Found dealing with triumph hoddle st Melbourne the worst experience. Unless you're buying a new bike they don't want to know you!! Ordered parts and told different prices and arrival time dismal,4 to 6 weeks. The final straw was after 4 weeks and not even a follow up call I went in and got my cash back. The story gets far worse!! Best to find a triumph dealer who knows about motorcycles,there's no mojo there, ride safe brothers. Shags

Telefonisch vor 10.00 Uhr niemand bei den Ersatzteilen zu sprechen. Man ruft beim Verkauf an und erhält die Garantie eines Rückrufes. Findet aber nie statt. So geschehen am30. und 31 Juli.
