Tru3 Events Avis 

Very unprofessional. Unreliable and rude.
These guys has no customer service skills and would put customers down for rivalry. They came to put my deco but took a video of my marquee and uploaded on social media with silly and disrespectful comments. Spoil my mood on my big day. Asad the owner did not even apologise. Would never ever recommend these guys.

Very good customer service. Replied to messages very quickly and was able to make all changes and additions needed including last minute ones. Great marquee and pretty decorations

It’s difficult to find reliable, trustworthy suppliers at the best of times let alone during a pandemic. Thankfully, tru3 events were fantastic and set up my wedding stage and decor perfectly.

Tru3 were extremely professional. The Marquee was amazing. We hired two heaters as well. They really did keep the marquee very warm. Would i recommend Tru3 yes i definitely would and would definitely use them again and yes would recommend them. They delivered on time and collected with no problems at all. The guys were very polite, Friendly and helpful.

We had a Clearspan marquee through Tru3 Events for an eighteenth birthday party in February and it was a huge success. The communication with Asad was excellent, his advice on size of marquee and dance floor etc was great and everything was delivered, assembled and taken down exactly to plan. All the staff were extremely professional and worked really hard. The quoted price was very competitive and not only would we recommend them to friends, we have already booked them for another event later this year.

I was soo impressed with the quality of the service they had provided for my little sisters event before the lockdown. The team took the time to ensure all the equipment they had provided was clean and to a high level of standard. i had booked a mendhi stage inside the marquee which i was worried about how it will turn out. WOW, i was blown away with how beautiful it looked and how the marquee was transformed. I cant thank the team enough and i RECOMMEND them HIGHLY!!

I spoke to a rude person called Asad. First he couldn’t understand my simple measurements which was frustrating then when I finally got a quote and said it’s expensive thank you anyway. He replied with we are not selling fish and chips! Haven’t seen this kind of customer service ever and I’m annoyed at how he spoke to me. I’ve had quotes a third of his and I wasn’t rude at all.

Just a bad way to do business really and glad I didn’t go with this company if that’s how customers are spoken to.

Extremely please with the level of service I received. They were very professional, quick and tidy! Being October the heaters were more than sufficient! They dismantled the marquee with ease and no fuss.
I would definitely use these guys again 👍👍
