Stephen Truscott and his team, Florence and Maya, sold our family home in Edinburgh and delivered a genuinely outstanding result. Stephen's pre-market advice and pricing strategy were spot on, and the marketing campaign attracted a much higher number of enquiries and viewings than we had expected. The closing date produced ten offers, and we accepted one well above the Home Report valuation.
As I live overseas, I was relying heavily on the team's judgement and communication throughout — both were first class. Updates were prompt, honest and considered, and the time-zone difference was never a problem. At no point did I feel out of the loop, which is exactly what you need when you can't be there in person.
