It was very easy to place my order. I received emails confirming my order and informing me that my order has shipped. My package included instructions, in case I needed to exchange for another size, or if there were any other problems (everything was fine). Nice selection, reasonable prices and a hassle-free ordering process - what more could I ask for?

The entire experience from beginning to end was just perfect!!! I had ordered a wedding band for my Mother's husband about four years ago and he misplaced it while fishing!
Long story short. Through excellent record keeping, outstanding customer service, pure job focus, and amazing attention to customer needs and wants!!! It was possible to, not only replace the ring (With a twin to the original), but also have the original engraving redone!! Way to keep a customer for life and add two new ones!!! They love the ring BTW!!!

Their prices were on part with other competitors, but their Warrenty is superior.
