Package arrived a day late
Package arrived a day late. Short life on chicken. No dates on pies. Have ordered from them before but previously had a good experience .
Further to the response from TMC, it is not the first you've heard of it on here as I messaged you several times and sent you photos of the undated pies and short date chicken and if you've only just heard if it on here how come you've refunded me for the chicken? I like to support farmers and buy from a few but at least if something isn't right, hold your hands up

It’s always hard when the first we hear of a problem is here! All pies do have a date on them. The whole chicken in your package had 2 more days on when it was delivered . In goodwill we have refunded £8.00 for the chicken and hope you will accept customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us!
This is our first order
This is our first order, a friend recommended Tunstall. Thr order arrived on time snd was well packed. Ive ordered for the month and so far used some stewing steak, mince and venison. The quality is amazing and we are very impressed.

Placed order online
Placed order online, expecting postage to be added, it was not added, order confirmed, then TMC emailed me, as though I was at fault, and to either collect before 12pm (not possible due to work) cancel or pay £10 delivery to an address literally 5 mins away from the shop, unhelpful and in my opinion unprofessional

disappointed
ordered a joint of meat online, paid for everything, then on day of delivery informed via email i had to pay £10 extra for delivery which made the purchase too expensive, happy to pay post and packing no problem, but this should be included in initial transaction, I was lulled into false sense that the whole transaction was decently priced
