Non existent customer service. We ordered 2 brackets, which did not fit our TVs. Been trying to get hold of someone in customer services for months - do not reply to calls or emails!

This appears to be a scam company. Liars and fraudulent. Avoid at all costs.

Zero customer service. Promised next day delivery, but it was no delivered, and 5 days later, still no sign of the product I ordered.

Unresponsive to emails and no answer on the customer care phone number listed on their website.

They have effectively stolen £73 from me for a product I paid for but never received. Gangsters.

Looked for a tv bracket for my small tv and couldnt be happier with the quality of the product I chose and free delivery too!
Will definately use again and have already passed on the website details to a few friends in need of a tv bracket at a reasonable price.

The A207CBLK Series 1 single arm cantilever bracket (for my son’s 22 inch JMC TV) I brought from Tvbrackets4u was a fantastic price (£11.39), easier to assembly and came with all the screws, bolts, nuts, washers and wall plugs needed (included).

My bracket came next day delivery and delivery was included in the price.

Ordered early January 2020. Mid National Lockdown 2.0 for the UK.
Found the website excellent to navigate and had an option to select my TV and have the brackets available for me show on screen.
Order took longer than 24 hours as advertised but was with me within 5 days. Order delivered by DX eventually.
If you're not in a rush, definitely recommend. If you need it tomorrow then there's a chance there may be a delay but also.... you've left it late to get one by tomorrow from anywhere and that's on you!!

I purchased a “Ultimate Slim Tilting Bracket” to fit my 42 inch tv on my bedroom wall. It has been perfect, fast delivery, easy to install and a pretty decent price. I would use TvBrackets4u again

Great customer service. They gave a very quick response to a query I had and they even posted replacement screws and plugs at no additional cost.

I phoned to get a replacement part for a long-ago purchased bracket, so it would fit a new TV. They found my original order, advised on the correct adapter part and dispatched immediately. It arrived within a few days - and was perfect for required purpose.

Non-existent customer service. Avoid this company.

I ordered two tv brackets. It was shipped by Yodel and they have marked it as delivered when nobody was at home. I contacted tvbrackets4u immediately, I still have not received a response back. It has been more than one month and my emails, phone calls are being ignored.

Do not shop here, go to other sites that offer the same products and actually treat you as a customer.
