Tyresavings Avis 

I found the tyres I wanted, at a fair price, to be fitted at a convenient local agent, and ordered two. I was told by Tyre Savings the next day that the tyres were not available and my order was cancelled. There was nothing else comparable to order from Tyre Savings but I was satisfied elsewhere.
The Tyre Savings website was amended to remove the tyres I had wanted, and others too. Why was it not up-to-date in the first place - a waste of time for all concerned? I suggest potential purchasers exercise caution before ordering.

Rubbish, tyres not at fitting station at booked time, fitting station stoneacre Middlesbrough rude and couldn't care less if they ever showed up as "tyresavings fault" never got back to me in Over a week to say if they ever did show up. They have a poor customer service reputation anyway.
Tyresavings need better fitting stations locally.
As for tyresavings thanks for wasting my time Going to have these invisible Tyres fitted and well done on total Ignorance to aswer any of My attempts to find out what was going on

The cheaper option compared to other. I advised contact the fitting garage first to make sure the tyres has arrived before you got there.

Whilst looking for some midrange tyres at a good price I came across the Tyre Savings website. I placed an order and then saw the reviews which filled me with doubt....
I needn't have worried as the next day I checked in with the tyre shop who had recieved the notification and booking info. I turned up a week later on the arranged date and the tyres I ordered were in stock and ready to be fitted.

Tyre savings didn't take payment on the website and I paid on the day, a little odd but it meant I wasn't out of pocket should the worst have happened.

Incapable of delivering tyres in time and very poor customer service. Don't waste your time with these clowns!

Ordered thru tyre saving with no problems , I was called by ford dealer bringing my appointment forward by 30 minutes , arrived in time took around 1hr 20 minutes to fit , I thought a bit excessive , usual 30 minutes to fit a pair of tyres but all fitted and balanced well , I've had no issues at all , had I read the reviews before hand I think I would have given this company a wide birth but with my experience I will use again 2 x 195.65.16 road march ecopro 99 fitted all in £90 have good reviews on this tyre and we have no problems with them so far. After reading others on here I would recommend ringing tyre fitter on day of fitting to make sure you don't have a wasted journey

Thought I’d buy a couple of tyres from Tyresavings as they claimed cheapest pricing and fantastic customer service and I wasn’t disappointed. They delivered what it said on the tin. An exceptional piece of customer service from start to finish. Well done 👏 and keep up the good work 👍

Tyre savings itself was good it is the garage where I have a few issues. I had four new tyres fitted and front wheel alignment. Stoneacre Lincoln have questionable work quality in my opinion. For awareness I’m a Vehicle Mechanic.
Pros:-
1. Good coffee machine
2. Pleasant staff

Cons:-
1. I now have a slight wheel wobble (was fine prior) between 60-70 mph. Indication of incorrectly balanced wheels.
2. Left Rear TPMS valve was leaking (it was fine prior) it was losing about 10 psi a day. After investigation I found the valve leaking as it was loose in the wheel. Removed cleaned refitted and refilled with air, air leaking now gone.
3. Wheels still out of alignment (indicating wheel alignment not checked or not checked properly) still pulling right.
4. Seems they lost a wheel nut and fitted another which isn’t the correct one and has been rounded off too.
5. Hub and wheel faces not cleaned prior to refitting.
6. Wheel nut covers not fitted but instead discarded.

In summary a pretty poor effort and some poor workmanship from them. I was going to take the vehicle back so they had a chance to rectify their mistakes, but considering the amount of mistakes I have found I have zero confidence in them making right so I’ll repair and adjust myself. I wouldn’t recommend this repair facility.

What a great experience.

We were very unsure on what tyres to buy, we contacted Tyresavings head office to seek advice. We booked a garage that wasn't far from us, which was great, the garage who we had selected were lovely and polite. Very helpful and straight forward website, I have recommended to many already.

Complete joke. Got to tyre fitters to be told no fittings today - they had called customers to cancel. I had no phone call and no booking on their system. Tried phoning tyresavings phone number to only get a message saying mailbox full!! Wasted journey and wasted my time. AVOID

Failed to send the tyres to the fitting company ( Just Tyres ) and failed to notify them of the order. THis, despite giving them more time to get the tyres to the fitters than they quoted. I arranged the fitting over 3 days after the order was placed. NO communication to say why. But had the email confirming the order. Wasted time going to the fitters to find they knew nothing about it and the tyres were not there.

The whole process was fantastic! Easy and quick, best tyre price around, and fitting on time: Excellent!

I was quoted £216 by a well known tyre garage for two tyres, used tyresavings instead, got two fitted by lunchtime the next day for £95. Very easy and quick. Just had to put my reg in and it was there. Absolutely outstanding.

This company has a mixed bag of reviews - both good & bad so I was a bit skeptical about using them but took a punt. First order was absolutely fine - arrived at fitting centre as arranged (In fact they phoned me to say tyres had arrived early so I could go earlier than booked if convenient) & tyres were exactly as ordered & fitted with no problem. Having had a good experience, I decided to use the company again, and pleased to say another good experience so used twice, and twice had no problem whatsoever. Having now proved to myself everything is fine, I'd certainly use again as they have the best prices around. Website is not very sophisticated (re. order tracking etc) but it's easy enough to phone the fitting centre direct & check on order progress. Payment at time of fitting is handy too - so you don't pay until the tyres are on the car - so you don't have to worry about giving card details on the website.

They disagreed to give the replacement tyre for the fault I'm facing for months. After all discussions. want me to order and pay again for the new tyres. Simply not trustable service
