Booked online and had an email to arrive at Formula One Autocentres at my specified time.
Arrived to be told that Tyresavings.com are aware that Formula One do not honour their appointment slots and to leave my car until its ready. Called Tyresavings call center to be told there is nothing they can do about it. Absolutely appalling service.

Ordered through tyre savings site at a local garage. Unfortunately, when I turned up they didn't have the booking on their system, but had received the notification.
Local garage was upfront with me and said notification doesn't mean booking, however, fitted me in a bit later.
I recommend that if you use this site, follow up and telephone the garage / fitters to confirm time and what they will do. Yes, it's an extra step, but worth it for the savings.
Can't fault the product, service or savings thus the higher score.

Absolute jokers! I have ordered 2 run flat pirelli tyres yesterday afternoon , to be fitted today afternoon at 12.30 pm . I get to the garage and I'm told that tyresavings has delivered NORMAL tyres , not the run flats I ordered so the bloke had to send them back . Wasted 30 min on the phone just to be told they will ring me back in 10 minutes . This was 4 hours ago .
I lost £250 quid from taking a day off from work to fit the tyres and tyres are not even delivered to the garage nor I was given any alternatives!

Brilliant website - It's so easy to search and find whatever tyre you're looking for! The prices seem very competitive too.

Purchased two brand-new Continental car tyres (245/45R17 95W Conti Fr SportContact 5 MO) from Tyresavings.com. Following the discovery of bulges in the insides of both tyres after only 10 months of use and 5761 miles (well within the warranty period), they were removed from the vehicle and returned to Tyresavings.com who then claimed that they sent off the tyres for examination (I presume back to the Continental, but Continental have no record of this). After a period of almost six months (and the usual constant phone calls and exchange of e-mails) I was then offered a partial refund of £153.51 compared to the original price paid of £248.10, an offer I refused as the tyres were obviously faulty at the point of manufacture. As already stated, the faulty tyres failed at a mileage of 5761 miles, whereas the industry standard for tyre life is about 20,000 miles. In other words, the faulty tyres only lasted for about 29% of their expected life. Tyresavings.com’s offer of £131.59 compared to the purchase price of £248.10 for the faulty tyres meant that I would only be getting back 53% of the original price. When you consider that the tyres only did about 5761 miles (about 29% of their expected life) I think you will agree that I was entitled to a complete refund on the grounds that the tyres were not of merchantable quality when they were sold to me. Luckily the tyres had been bought with a credit card, so I decided to claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. This morning I received a complete refund of the original price paid. A happy ending, but no thanks to Tyresavings.com! Will not be using them again - and the thought has passed my mind that the tyres I bought from them were NOT in fact genuine Continentals, but counterfeit - not accusing them of knowingly doing this, but I have never known a premium tyre such as Continental to fail completely so soon.

Had my MOT done yesterday and just got advised to replace 2 of the tyres. Tyersavings.com offered a very good price and that afternoon delivery! Service was polite and understanding.

The whole process was easy, fast and brilliant... However, the cowboys that changed my tyres were unprofessional, rude and damaged my alloys. I asked numerous times that the alloys had been refurbished and to be careful... But big chanks were taken out of the alloys. Tyresavings should not be using or recommending cowboys like this! Ordered online, Tyres fitted locally. Great service at local level but a little surprised as I had to pay extra for tyre disposal! The other thing was that even though I was expecting an appointment system as per the booking was told first come first serve so had to wait a wee while. Otherwise all was well.

Ordered two tyres, had fitted at the chosen garage and they didn't balance them or fit new valves, horrendous wheel wobble. They should and the garage should make this clear!

I placed an order for four tyres with tyresavings.com last Friday, and received an order number and details of an appointment for 'fitting.' on Saturday. When I went to the assigned fitter initially they said they had no knowledge of the appointment, but when I showed hem a copy of the confirmation from Tyresavings went back and checked and found they did have the information. However, a search of their stocks revealed that they did not have the tyres, as these had not been delivered. Both the fitting company and myself tried to contact Tyresavings, but could only get through to an annoying 'you are in a queue' message which eventually puts you through to a 'I'm sorry this mailbox is full' message.
Since then I have tried the phone line several times but find it is still connected to a useless message loop, and I have also emailed them twice, explaining the problem, quoting their order number and asking them what is happening. I have not even had an acknowledgement of the emails. It seems this company is no longer trading, but has neglected to take its booking system offline.
Please be aware that this company has either wound up already, or is so inefficient that it should be wound up immediately. Either way, they are not people you want to order tyres from.

Ordered a tyre to be fitted, only to be told a couple of days later they don’t have any in stock - and that they’re cancelling it.

Wasn’t even given the option to wait for new stock.

Awful experience.
I booked for a mobile fitting with an hourly slot. The fitter did not show up, and once contacted they confirmed the fitting for the morning but no hour slots. They told me that it does not work like that, despite the booking confirmation showed the exact time slot. I waited the whole morning rescheduling my appointments.
The fitter arrived then more than one hour later than expected.
Impossible to contact tyresaving customer center, as well as no answer via FB.
avoid like hell.

Turned up at Formula 1 fitting centre Newark to be told my tyres were not there for fitting. so i gave Tyresavings a call to be told they were not there and the garage had chased them early that morning. Tyresavings had known this and didnt even have the courtesy to call me to not bother turning up!
I had driven thirteen miles and taken the morning off work.
They offered no apology please avoid this company at all cost!
