Thank you to the team at UAV Systems for a pleasant experience. I ordered 2 Tarot 650 Ready To Fly drones, with custom travel cases for our research lab. Alonso & Chris were a great help start to end and unexpectedly came to our location to personally deliver the drones and make sure we were familiar with everything. Everything worked as we intended and we would use them again. My only small issue was that the process took 3 weeks, a bit longer than we anticiptaed, however I understand they were very busy in December.

This whole process started out a nightmare. I was sent to so many different contacts until FINALLY I found UAV from a Youtuber. I contacted UAV Systems International and this process has been so much better! my husband filled out the paper work and we sent it back to them and now it was approved. Thank you Berenice for being so helpful throughout this process. I strongly recommend their service to anyone.

I needed a drone permit for my holiday. The whole process was going over a few weeks.

Very responsive and quite helpful. Professional dialogue. I would definitely recommend their service if you know that you will need to obtain a permit. Two main gripes. One is that the permit came a little late (thankfully it was not asked for), but I believe that was because the authorities in Guatemala were slow. My other rub is that I wish I could have been provided some more knowledge about getting through customs and particular countries' protocol to UAV operations. As I said, I'm not sure if the permit was all that necessary. Overall, quite satisfied with the respect they gave me as a customer and their helpfulness in obtaining the permit.

After talking with their customer service we solved the problem. Their customer support was great. When they knew my native language was spanish they connected me with a support representative that spoke spanish so it was easier for me. He was great and we figured out the problem was with their shipping company not with them. After all I can say I would buy from them again.

Like many others here I have yet to recieve a tracking number or even a concrete answer about when they will ship it(its an order for 549$ and its agras mg-1 parts) . I paid for faster shipping as I was promised that I would get the parts last tuesday and now after more than one week I have yet to even recieve a tracking number. I am sorry that I did not read this reviews before or I would have ordered somewhere else

Their response was super fast! They are genuine, when I asked to recommend countries which doesn't need drone permit - they replied instantly with options, whereas others would have tried to make money by forcing us to choose some countries which we might need to pay to use their services! Thanks Sara !

UAV had a lot of knowledge about getting the permit for Namibia. In involved many messages going forward and backward and at the end we were successful.

Drone permits for Namibia and Botswana. UAV Systems helped me get drone permits for flying in Namibia and Botswana. They walked me through all of the steps including permit fees and all of the documentation that the two countries wanted. They were very responsive through the whole process. Note: start your permits early, these countries required 6-8 weeks to process the applications).

Pedí un Mavic Air, me urgía mucho porque era para un proyecto, siempre me atendieron súper bien, excelente servicio a clientes. Recibí mi drone a tiempo en perfecto estado.

I bought $2,000 drone from them and they initially said it would be ready in 3 weeks. Four weeks later, they sent me an e-mail asking if I was interested in purchasing a drone. I gave them my order number and asked for a final date for construction/completion which was April 20th. It's April 22nd and I haven't heard back from anyone--I've been asking for updates all week leading up to April 22nd. My problem is consistent with other bad reviews: they don't communicate and they don't deliver their products.

Its my First purchase with them. i have been operating the drone since a week now and have found it to be very easy going and satisfying. No problems till now. The customer service is also worth mentioning. I had some problem in the initial setup, the customer executive helped me out very well.
