Terrible service DO NOT USE ... let down day before delivery expected which I doubt was ever going to happen . This must be a front business .. ordered in Nov was told it was going to be delayed end Jan delivery and then on the day prior to delivery recieved an email stating order cancelled and money refunded straight away which was a relief however still a shock as it was as if they didnt really want my business . Very strange indeed . Buyer beware !!

We love our new ash engineered flooring from Unique Bespoke Wood, everything was simple and worry free from ordering the samples to accepting the delivery. :)

I tried to get samples of flooring off this company in September 2019, it never arrived despite assurances from their customer service at first. The samples still didn't arrive and then they didn't even bother to reply to my final email. I have the email correspondence.
Shame I can't give them zero!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff with an enormous range of products to fit any budget. Coffee was good too :)

This company is a scam!!!
Ignore positive reviews, they are fake. I did my research afterwards and they used to trade as THOMSON FLOORING LLP. See previous reviews ( they did the same scam, take the money and you’ll never see the flooring, just changed the name).

Please read negative reviews before you purchase from them as I didn’t. And I was chasing this company as many others to claim back our money!

Ordered on 1 April 2019 wooden floor, chasing every single day and been told by Director ( totally con artist) so many lies and 45 days later I was the lucky one who got the money back!!! Been promised £60 compensation, which never happened!
Avoid at all cost!!!

Terrible customer service, I have asked on three occasions now for samples and they reply each time saying it will be with me soon, I’m not sure why am I having to chase this so much.

To be honest I’m glad now I’ve read the negative reviews, looks like they maybe scammers anyway!

Great product, the only company delivered very wide and long ash engineered planks. Got a really honest and knowledgeable guy helping us with our order. Not too pushy and none of our questions seemed to be a bother to him. Great advice given. Highly recommended. Our flooring is amazing.

We had to redo the flooring on our living room and after visiting several trade fairs we found the guys at UNIQUE BESPOKE WOOD.

Can't tell you how happy we are. Virgin white ash engineered wood flooring is the choice that was recommended and matches the rest of our house style perfectly.

All went smoothly, from ordering the samples to placing the order. I was struggle to pay in full on the order day, UBW accepted 50% and the rest of it ion delivery 3 weeks later.

The parquet is really beautiful!!!

We are very happy with our new parquet flooring, excellent quality, installation service and delivery of equal quality.

The only thing, delivery guy did not remove his muddy boots, left several dirty marks.

We used Unique Bespoke Wood for the supply and installation of our floors in living, dining area, staircase and bedrooms. The choice of wood flooring was amazing and they were extremely patient in helping us decide the right one for us. The team of installer was professional and truly conscientious in his work, bespoke treads and risers produced for stair cladding, and matching new flooring. It was a pleasure to deal with Alex and sales team and we are very happy with the result. We would definitely recommend them.

Ordered over 80 meters squared of French Grey chevron parquet for my living room and hallway, no complains about the quality and delivery. I also needed to have the floors laid for me which was arranged. The installer was skilled, competent and professional at all times. Listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered the job with excellence.

Ignore fake good reviews.

This is a disreputable company and should not be in business.

They take your money and never install the flooring.

I and other defrauded customers are currently suing the company to claim back large cash sums from them.

Other reputable flooring companies are available - find one.
