Very poor experience – lack of transparency and misleading pricing.

I was initially quoted around £721 for my car insurance, however after “validation checks” the total price increased to over £1,100. No clear or specific explanation was provided for this significant increase, despite me asking multiple times.

The company only gave generic responses about “validation scoring” and refused to explain exactly what had changed in my case. I also repeatedly asked for a clear breakdown of cancellation costs, but this was never properly provided.

Communication was extremely frustrating. I was told I would receive a call back – this never happened. When I requested everything in writing, I was constantly pushed to call instead, which felt like an attempt to avoid giving clear answers in writing.

To make things worse, my complaint was marked as “final response” without actually resolving the issue or answering my questions.

Overall, this experience felt very unclear and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as the initial quote may not reflect the final price you are asked to pay.

I would not recommend this company.
