the UK2 tech team have never been anything less than helpful with me; today was a case in point when I was "chatting" with Owen R.
I am unfamiliar with all the infrastructure of websites, domain names, hosting, and where wordpress fits into it [I am on a UK2.net package that uses WP] and I am sure privately he was sighing deeply! but he was nothing less than polite, helpful, friendly, and informative, all done with the patience of a saint. Thank you.

Sent in a support ticket having flapped around trying to work out why my website wasn't giving the latest version. Had a reply almost instantaneously solving the problem , well done Connor!

After continuing poor service from our previous website provider we turned to UK2 for help. As usual, trying to communicate with a chat bot is pretty soul-destroying, but once I had the option to talk to an agent, the response was very quick, and resolved my query within a couple of minutes.

A domain transfer from another registrar went a bit sideways, with my domain stuck in a limbo with eNom (their backend registrar).
Despite the difficulty, I was updated constantly on the support ticket and the problem was finally solved.
Despite the issue, I come away with a decent impression of the company because of the stellar support.

I was helped by Rana today via the online chat, with 2 issues concerning account management and renewal. Really helpful and quick response, thank you.

My problem was addressed and resolved very quickly - even on a Sunday!

We transferred over our domain and email hosting.

After a few little issues we contacted support who were fast and extremely helpful to get our domain fully transferred over and emails back up and running. We will migrate existing mailboxes over in the next few days but I do t expect any issues with that now.

Top service and all on a Saturday morning which means now we should have no disruption to business on Monday morning.

Lost ALL my email folders except inbox. Don’t know why. Contacted support who helped me recover them quickly.
