I am unfamiliar with all the infrastructure of websites, domain names, hosting, and where wordpress fits into it [I am on a UK2.net package that uses WP] and I am sure privately he was sighing deeply! but he was nothing less than polite, helpful, friendly, and informative, all done with the patience of a saint. Thank you.

Chatbot not helpful until it let me talk to a human
As usual, trying to communicate with a chat bot is pretty soul-destroying, but once I had the option to talk to an agent, the response was very quick, and resolved my query within a couple of minutes.
Domain transfer with a glitch, but successful
A domain transfer from another registrar went a bit sideways, with my domain stuck in a limbo with eNom (their backend registrar).
Despite the difficulty, I was updated constantly on the support ticket and the problem was finally solved.
Despite the issue, I come away with a decent impression of the company because of the stellar support.

Domain Transfer and Emails
We transferred over our domain and email hosting.
After a few little issues we contacted support who were fast and extremely helpful to get our domain fully transferred over and emails back up and running. We will migrate existing mailboxes over in the next few days but I do t expect any issues with that now.
Top service and all on a Saturday morning which means now we should have no disruption to business on Monday morning.
