Product arrived on time. However, article inside box was not packaged correctly, therefore, small issue. I immediately e-mailed company who responded quickly and issue resolved.

Will definitely be buying again from this company.

Always excellent service

I have been using this company for a number of years, I placed an order in an amount of £302.00. My delivery of my order was delayed and upon receiving the box, it was opened/damaged.

I contacted the business via email to inform them that 2 x items in the amount of £40.60 was missing.

I received an email from a very condescending and disrespectful individual named Lesley who basically insisted they packed the items, but yet and miraculously, she is unable to provide any time and date stamped video or photographs of the packing process when requested, furthermore, they expect me to believe that the items were packed!!!

Lesley further expressed and confirmed how the items were packaged in the box which is bizarre' she has no evidence to support her fabricated version, and I do not believe her emphatic belief, additionally, these goods were not tightly packed in the box, therefore, there would be movement which was clearly the case. The order contained 4 x 1 litre bottles, and the weight in itself would caused damaged when thrown or dropped, and the box was not securely packaged, hence, the open box. It's amazing how Lesley believes she can fabricate a version of events to fit the situation, which in her mind, justifies the circumstances.

I do believe that Lesley has had to fabricate an alternative reality to support her theory, all in order to avoid or acknowledge wrongdoing and more importantly, process a refund!! It appears that it is so much easier to accuse the customer than accept any form of responsibility for such horrific service!!

Upon sending images of the box, Lesley continued to fail to acknowledge any possibility that the items have been lost in transit due to her version of events of how the box was packaged and unfounded, therefore, this just leaves me as the customer, where she has basically insinuated that I am a liar and a thief!!!

Lesley is under some illusion that I would deny receipt of and steal £40.60 worth of goods, really???

This business is not be trusted, Lesley is evidently in denial of the reality of the process of packing and dispatching orders, instead the only option is to blame the customer.

I will happily place orders elsewhere, it is not a loss to me, the sign of a good business is to support your customers because without customers you have no business, the greed, true colours and lack of loyalty of individuals is astounding.

I have never ever experienced a business whether it be Fortnum and Mason, John Lewis or Waitrose where the customer is not believed when there are evident failures in packing and missing goods. The utmost professionalism from these businesses are second to none when contact as been initiated, it is unfortunate, that a tiny business such as UK Beauty Club operates with no ethics or professionalism, and to be honest, would never ever operate in this league.

Lesley's attitude has left me dumbfounded and speechless, and I do pity her inability to operate a respectful and honest business.
