The e-learning course was brilliant as…
The e-learning course was brilliant as it could be done in your own time. As a mum of 3 this made it easier then having to sit infront of a screen for 3 hours (with a little break).

A worthwhile course for welfare officers
The tutor was clear with his instructions and made me feel comfortable even though I sometimes got in a bit of a twiddle with the chat box!
The chat rooms were interesting.
The information displayed with questions and information were clear.
Three hours passed quickly so I must have been fully engaged in the process.
It was the second time that I had done the course but I learned a lot more about my role as welfare officer.

Informative & Engaging
UK coaching was an easy to use service. I attended the Safeguarding & Protecting Children course.
The instructor was excellent, very informative and engaging whilst also encouraging thoughtful discussion within the group.
I would recommend this session to any coach/volunteer involved in children's sport.
