Damage goods
Hi Team, the goods arrived damaged, I emailed you the photo dated the day they arrived, to prove it. You advised that as I emailed it after 24 hours of arrival of the goods I cannot get a refund. To make clients to report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods is wrong and just put all responsibility for damaged goods to the client as if they are a day late in opening packages from you they are doomed.
Really bad practice as you can keep sending damage goods to people and hope they report it after your 24 hours deadline and you will get away with not refunding for faulty items.

Outstanding Customer Service for Laura!
The service I received from Laura was top-notch, and she is a credit to the company. She managed to resolve an issue for me before I had even noticed it.
My order had arrived and had been taken in, so I assumed all was well. However, upon further inspection, I realised that part of the delivery was missing.
I checked my emails to find someone to contact, only to see that Laura had already done all the hard work. She had contacted me to notify me of the issue, offered a quick and efficient resolution, and followed through on her promise.
Great work. We need more people like Laura on customer service teams!

Ordered an easel I needed for an event…
Ordered an easel I needed for an event and paid extra for next day delivery. It arrived a day late and was also broken. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they insisted on a courier label that of course I no longer had. Just excuse after excuse to avoid giving a refund or replacement. Very disappointing service — would avoid.

Substandard construction of wooden a-board
Product broke within two weeks of normal use. I will not use UKPOS following correspondence with their team who did not sound at all regretful of this fact, or try to keep our custom.

Georgia J is always incredibly efficient.
We always get good quality items from UKPOS, the customer service is always 5* and I don't think we've ever waited more than 2 days for an item to arrive.

Very good experiences dealing with UKPOS (Georgia & Rosie) - supporting with retail requests covering the whole of the UK for a major symbol group can be challenging. However, the offer, organisation & efficiency has been second to none for all projects.

placed order a month ago - still no delivery. No update
I’m very disappointed with the service provided. I was required to approve the print, which I hadn’t initially agreed to, and it took me two weeks to realise that approval was needed—for just a single print. After I eventually approved it and expressed my concerns, there was no delivery, no tracking information, and no further communication. Overall, a very poor experience and not something I would recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your valued feedback, with all artworks submitted online, there is the option to view your proofs and then select send to print unfortunatley this wasnt selected for a while, and then the delivery was made but you informed us that one of your tenants may have hidden it from you, we did check to verify your email as ourselves and our courier partner DPD sent multiple communications which were not picked up and these may have gone into your spam or junk filters, If we can help with anything in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0161 4314400. Daniella helps over the phone or via email to place our orders. Reminds me of price breaks or codes i may have missed as well, Some time we send multiple orders a day, and they are all processed with out any hesitation or fuss. Quick and speedy next day delivery, which is great when its needed "now".
