Zero customer service, no item delivered. Nothing.

Ordered an item for a laptop nearly 2 weeks ago. ZERO update on order, nothing updated on website, no delivery estimate, NO response to email, NO one to pick up multiple attempts to telephone and I am furious that I have no yet received something that supposedly I was due to have in a week. How on earth do some companies operate these days as this is intolerable. I am about £37 down and literally no idea if I am ever going to get my item or not.

I ordered a Switch 2 on the 9th of June…

I ordered a Switch 2 on the 9th of June (Im writing this on the 5th of August). I have tried to resch out multiple times just to hear that they are trying to get more stock in the following week and have had no progress on my order, I made a review on there site on the 4th of August outlining the issues I have been facing and as of today the review had been removed from the listed product, please take this into account when making your order.

Poor communication

Poor communication. Ordered a Nintendo Switch on 8th June, nothing to indicate the product was out of stock, emailed following a review I had read received a reply to say they were waiting for stock delivery. Tried calling the contact number several times that's displayed on their website it just keeps ringing out. The item is a birthday present and clearly it won't be delivered on time. Emailed again asking to cancel order still no response. I've now contacted my back for a charge back. Would not recommend ordering from this company.

Ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario…

Ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle, and I got exactly that, pristine quality, on time with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Support when I had questions was great, responses were on-time comparatively to other companies and they were informative and comforting with worries I had.

There's only two things that have stopped me from putting five stars for now, however that may change if/when I order again.

1: The Nintendo Switch 2 I received seemed to be of foreign origin, some place that speaks Limburgish. This isn't an issue for me in the slightest as everything works as normal. Only problem with that is this may set a precedent for other listings where having one from your country of origin is more important.

2: While support was absolutely amazing as stated earlier, I got hints of AI involvement. At most assuming there is AI involved it's AI-assisted, which again, doesn't bother me personally as there's still the person using it so I know the info I'm getting is accurate, though this may bother some still, and there's always the chance something is glossed over somewhere.

Overall a great experience no doubt, it's a shame the rating is only 2.1 as of 6/6/25, which seems to be caused from the whole Concord situation which is completely out of this company's hands so it should never have been put on them.

Avoid....

Oops... wish I'd read these first! Suggests same day dispatch if ordered before 2 pm... placed order, chased up to make sure... the company does not seem to want to answer emails for phone calls... def one too avoid... just waiting for my refund... will contact Retail Ombudsman if I don't hear anything...!

i placed a order which was in stock, i chased it for a update told it was out of stock, so i told them its for my sons birthday i asked if they could help, maybe a gesture of good will a discount as they are letting us down ,got a reply saying they are refunding me , i didnt ask for a refund at all , refund was done in 5 mins , no email from them asking if they can help, this is a terrible service , i work in sales would never treat a customer like that , very unhappy son ,i reply to there poor excuse i dont call £4 very good for all the problems you have caused and also i never asked you to cancel my order , you took it on yourselfs to cancel my order , i wish i read reviews about your poor company first of all then i would of used a proper company , please read reviews first customers then go elsewhere you will be glad u did

I purchased a product on November 22

I purchased a product on November 22, 2024, with an estimated shipping date of November 28 - December 2. Today is December 4, and I still haven't received the product, they also fail to respond to my emails, tweets, and support tickets. This company is an absolute disaster.

Ordered a game they said they had in…

Ordered a game they said they had in stock, they didnt. Took them best part of a week to tell me that, and now its been 3 weeks and im still waiting on a refund and at least someone to get back to me. Customer service response time is terrible if at all.

Update - its now 10th Dec i ordered this 2 months ago, no refund no game, cant ring them and no response still

Avoid at all costs!

The store is lying about recalls for Concorde on PS5 and it shows their integrity as a game seller I would highly avoid.

They take payment and then cancel the order a few days later.

They cancelled my order after a few days as a reason giving my request for cancellation which I did not ask for. They are unable to fulfil their sales contract. The delay on their part has meant that the product I bought is no longer available for normal money so that I am forced to pay several times over for the same item from other sellers.

Under consumer protection laws, businesses must ensure that the products they sell are functional and as described. Since Concord will become completely unplayable once the servers are shut down—and it has no offline mode—the game will no longer function in any capacity. Selling a product that is known to be unusable would violate these laws, as it would mislead you as the customer, offering something that no longer has its intended use or value.

These laws exist to protect you, the consumer, from purchasing defective or non-functional items. Continuing to sell Concord post-recall would not only expose our business to legal consequences but also leave you without any recourse once the game becomes worthless.

This decision is not one we wish to make. We prefer to complete the sale, but unfortunately, we are bound by the legal obligations set forth by Sony and must follow their recall instructions. If we fail to comply, it could jeopardize our distribution agreement with Sony, potentially affecting our ability to provide future products.
