Order #VW-561372 - Ordered a Voopoo Drag 5 and 6 efest batteries. When ordering I qualified for 100ml of free vape liquid. The Drag 5 arrived (whoopy) accompanied by 6 very cheap and unbranded batteries. I wasn't that bothered that the free never arrived. I brought the incorrect batteries to the attention of UK Vape World and after a number of emails and lengthy investigations they agreed that it was a "picking" error - they sent me a return label to print for use on a return package. Really, I can't be bothered using their return process in the hope of getting the product ordered or a refund. I've decided to accept I was scammed based on the fact that a reputable retailer would have sent me the product I'd ordered together with the label etc to use to return the trash that they'd picked in error. I'll accept the loss having been educated in never using them again. My thanks to Ganesh and Jas for their less than average customer service xx
Jas's response (see below) is absolutely correct. I guess, with hindsight, that I was annoyed not to have ordered the cheap batteries so that I could benefit from the picking error.

We’d like to clarify a few points for transparency.
We supply both Efest batteries and alternative unbranded batteries, and following your enquiry, we acknowledged this was a picking error on our side - both are Pink coloured and come in similar packaging.
We apologised and immediately provided a prepaid returns label, offering you the option of either a full refund or replacement upon return of the items.
This is standard process, as we do require incorrect items to be returned before issuing replacements or refunds.
We understand you’ve chosen not to proceed with the return because you cannot be bothered, however it is not accurate to suggest that no resolution was offered. We responded in line with our policy and within a reasonable timeframe to resolve the matter and if returned we would have issued a replacement with Royal Mail 24 Hours Service or DPD Express Delivery as per our standard procedure to resolve issues for our customers.
We are still happy to resolve this for you should you wish to return the items using the label provided.

This is my 3rd review as I had an issue…
This is my 3rd review as I had an issue with some Slidego pods that leaked after initial use, I had not received a reply to my emails trying to sort this problem out so I had to put a 2nd review to get a response, which I did. Thankfully it was sorted and the pods were replaced, the 4 star review is for the eventual help from customer service, I had to take off 1 star as, sadly, the pods have leaked again.

Ive orderd a few times
Ive orderd a few times. Had and issue with my age verification a while back as their system wasn't working. Sent my passport via email and everything went to plan. I've just ordered again and, I got an email to say I needed to prove my age AGAIN. Do they not keep customers records? Now the vapes i was expecting today or tomorrow haven't been sent. Ive asked for a refund, very unprofessional.

Age verification is a legal requirement in the UK, and in some cases, customers may be asked to complete this again, even if they have previously verified.
For security and data protection reasons, we do not permanently store sensitive documents such as passports, which is why re-verification may be required on certain orders. I can see your recent order was processed
Orders cannot be dispatched until verification is completed, which is why there may have been a delay on this occasion.
If a refund is requested instead, please contact our customer service and refuse any delivery by your chosen carrier, and we can refund the order once returned
