Ultion Lock Avis

Took too long to get to me. Took a week.

In my opinion you need to consider people who are not on the Internet and give them an alternative method to register their keys ie by phone.

Ordered a set of Ultion cylinder locks, all keyed-alike. Had a bit of a mare with locks recently, so I reached out via WhatsApp to double-check my measurements against the photos I took before ordering. The team were spot on—super helpful, quick to respond, and took all the guesswork out of getting the sizing right.

Even when I had to chop one out of the basket because the patio door is getting replaced next month, they just rolled with it and gave me solid advice on adding another one down the line using the key code.

Dispatch was lightning-fast via DPD, and the gear arrived securely with zero fuss. Fitted them straight away, absolute piece of cake and everything works brilliantly.

Proper 5-star service all around. Once the rest of the doors in the place get replaced, I'll be coming straight back to these guys to order more keyed-alike locks.

We had a break in whilst away on holiday where they stole our safe. The locksmith was first class replacing the front door lock. On our return he showed us the old lock and the high quality replacement. As a whole set of house keys were in the safe he ordered four new locks with the same key for the two back doors and the conservatory. The quality and service was first class and we feel far more secure. Upon registering our new keys the service was again first class.

I have recommended both the locksmith and the locks to a number of friends who I am sure will act upon our experience in the coming weeks.

Absolutely first class service from the moment of ordering, to dispatch and receiving product kept up dated arrived the next day . Definitely a quality product would definitely recommend and buy again

Everything thing was sorted regarding a faulty lock very quickly.

Had an issue and resolved quickly

Unable to sort the issue and unable to speak with a customer support person

Speaking with Mark from the first phone call made my decision to engage after getting quotes from other providers. Turn around time from Dave and the updates from Mark were exceptional. Professional, courteous and very informative.
