I have been struggling to replaced some 3M double-sided tape as the product that I was using seem no longer available. I spoke to a number of companies and really couldn’t identify a replacement. However I did by chance just ring Ultratape as I had seen some of their products advertised in the very familiar Diy stores. I spoke to a lady in their sales department and we soon excluded what I could just buy on the high Street and we were struggling to identify a specific product.

She asked that she’d be given a little bit of time so she could check with her colleagues and would send me an email later in the day. I have to say the email came as promised, and it did detail a product which would fit my requirements.

I have to say, I found the whole experience very good indeed, and the patience of and the detail that the sales department went into was great. They did what they said they would do - for me positive experience.

I discovered this company's product at a store specializing in tools and DIY items. The double-sided tape appeared to be a great deal. Once I began using it, I was thoroughly impressed and plan to recommend it to all my friends. Kudos!

Fantastic tape, I used the flashing tape for repairs to metal roof sheets and it worked a treat, saving me replacing the sheets for now. I gently heated the area before application and that seemed to help.

Phoned the Company today for the first time to successfully find what I was looking for. Very helpful and efficient Highly recommended.

I bought 4 reels of Plasterboard and Jointing Tape. It says, on the TS website, that it is self-adhesive.
It's less sticky than a post-it note. Even on straight flat joins, it just refuses to stay on the plasterboard and, as for uneven joins, there's absolutely no chance.
I've wasted my money as it's too much bother to get a refund.

Found this company product from a tool and DIY store. The product (Double sided tape) seemed to be value for money. When started to use it was very very impressed and will let all my friends know. Congrats. Va

I was looking at some double sided tape to attach timber to my cnc router table and wasn’t sure if the tape would come off clean after machining the part. I spoke to Lorraine who sent me the data sheet which said that it should release cleanly in that situation. I bought the tape and it worked great for my application.

I was struggling to find a local stockist for the special Vinyl Flooring double sided tape that Ultratape make. I spoke to a very helpful lady called Lorraine who bent over backwards to rectify my situation. The product itself is excellent quality and perfectly fit for purpose. 10/10.

Beware ultratack reusable sticky tack
Has left the wall in a complete mess and in need of redecoration .

The products are of excellent quality, and we never have any issues with ordering/deliveries. Lorraine is our main contact in Sales and she gives you the sense that her finger is always 'on the pulse' of things - as well as being always so obliging and friendly. Have been using Ultratape for a couple of years and have always had great satisfaction. Lorraine is a credit to the company, always efficient and willing to assist where she can. We purchase a specialist tape and the quality is second to none. Keep up the good work guys.

Have been dealing with Ultratape since 2017. They are competitive, and offer a great range of quality products. They are very efficient, & nothing is ever a problem. They remain my number one choice for underground warning tapes and products associated to the construction and civil engineering industry.

These guys provide the most amazing customer service!! I had an issue with a product I'd bought a while back and they were really helpful, quick to respond, and supplied me with a replacement part plus a couple of rolls of tape. I can't fault them. Thanks to Richard and the team!!

Should be re-branded as Ultra non-stick tape. Absolute rubbish, spend the extra money and buy the real thing. Sellotape.
