Refused refund illegally after 10 minutes. You might be based in the UK but when selling to Ireland you have to obey EU distance selling rules
I have bought under armour for years ordered on the website for first time. Usually buy local but then saw all the reviews. I went back to them within 10 minutes and they would not cancel. Reasons are as follows started with
Warehouse is closed at weekends.
Then I asked when warehouse opens so could cancel then. ANNE MASON AND LENNY all flat out refused to give me that info.
Then I asked if I placed another order on Monday as a hypothetical knowing they were lieing to me and i were then to cancel. What would the situation be?
I was told it depends on the time frame.
I then asked what is the time frame dependency a minute an hour etc
Agin they all hung up numerous times and refused to tell me even though under armour website says an hour and nothing about being closed.
I then caught lenny out he told me it depends on the customer, so therefore actively discriminate against certain customers on what ground I do not know but there you have it. Absolutely flat out refused a redund after 10 minutes even though under EU distance selling laws they are obliged too.
I will be getting the bank to chargeback these scumbags as ot seems to be the only way to get my money back
