Poor service
I placed an order for a collection and drop-off at set times. I preferred an early collection, but I was informed a later one was needed to achieve my fixed drop-off time. I figured logistics are their job, they know what they're doing, so I agreed.
Unfortunately, the pick-up was nearly an hour late causing additional problems, and the drop-off was also an hour late, which was 30 minutes past the latest arrival time, all times that had been communicated to them in advance. The late delivery was all the more confusing as the two addresses were under 30 minutes apart, so it didn't need to be as late as it was.
Additionally, the driver arrived without a trolley, despite it being checked beforehand that a trolley would come. The driver then proceeded to drag the boxes along the floor...
Additionally, we were not kept informed, it was us that had to call them for updates when we were kept waiting.
All of the positive reviews led me to think I wouldn't encounter this kind of service with this organisation, couldn't have been more wrong.

Absolutely the first choice for all urgent consignments from now on. I could not fault a single thing. Package was picked up within 20 minutes and delivered before the deadline (only 3.5hrs later). Really great service. Thank you.

Can't recommend highly enough
I cannot recommend Unicorn Logistics highly enough. They turned around a same day delivery request with a last min change of delivery address while the package was on route. Customer service, response time and communication were second to none and I will 100% be adding them to my approved supplier list. Job well done Unicorn, well done and thank you!

Urgent delivery to Liverpool
I had an urgent parcel that needed to be in Liverpool by 6pm. I called at 9am, picked up at 11am, delivered by 4pm. I was kept up to date all the way through the process. Don’t use anyone else for same-day delivery - use Unicorn - they’re magical 🦄
