Awesome service
Awesome service. I ordered online in the morning and it was delivered the same day! I was expecting the 3 to 5 day delivery stated. Will definitely order the kids uniforms from here again and I highly recommend the store.

Excellent customer service
I would give 5 stars because the customer service is good but the sizes are not always available at the right time and the prices are bit high for school uniforms like most retailers as well therefore is the 4 star

Dear Anila, thank you for your 4 star review. We try our best to ensure stock is always ready and available for our customers, and about 95% of the time - we have it! Unfortunately due to the ongoing delays in the global supply chain, some products are taking longer than usual to come back into stock. In regards to price - I think we're spot on! But we take your feedback onboard. We look forward to seeing you again really soon! Thanks, AJ

Absolutely brilliant. When ordering I made an error on the address and as I realised straight away I emailed asking for it to be changed and it was dealt with straight away.

Poor Communication
Poor Communication. Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. When I rang after I sent an email and no reply, I was told one of the cardigans I ordered was out of stock..

I give you 3stars because I hate to…
I give you 3stars because I hate to wait for delivery….if you tell me delivery will be between 3-5 days, that’s fine, but few weeks - no good, even the driver to drive his vehicle with 3 wheels will be delivered by 2 weeks max….sorry but I'm correct and exact person and I love to work with same people from other side.
Sorry

Thank you for your review Evgeni. The 3-5 working days quoted is for the Royal Mail delivery once your order has been despatched. Our normal processing time is another 3-5 working days on top of that as quoted in our terms and conditions. Every order is subject to stock availability, so sometimes customers have to wait a little while for their order. Like you I don't like waiting either - so I will do my best to get your orders out quicker in the future! Thanks, AJ
Thank you for your promptness
